HOWEVER everyone in the group discussed later how heavy handed both of our tattoo artists were (Gabi and Katie) - all of us have multiple tattoos. In my experience in particular, I was unable to get the size small enough that I wanted for a particular tattoo (just good to know if you're looking for fine line- not here). When I switched to a different design because the previous was not what I wanted, artist and front desk worker seemed snippy. These two were not previously snippy and were very nice beforehand. Katie in particular was so heavy handed for mine and my friend's tattoos that MULTIPLE blood/ink pockets formed under 3 total second skins for my friend, and I now (2 days post tattoo) have a bruise surrounding one of my tattoos. My friend noticed some line work not connecting in her design after finally "clearing away" all of the ink mess. Overall, everyone is happy with the designs they received, but none out of the 5 of us have EVER received tattoos so painful before out of all of our tattoos (to put in context- I have almost 20 tattoos and my arm literally went numb/fell asleep while getting a line work tattoo).

Thought that was reasonable and we headed that way :) ..... then we get there..... there's the girl who does the piercings and a guy, she kindly shows me what to do as far as consent forms etc and cool I'm filling out the paper work ... then the guy goes to the register and tells me it's $72!! First I'm caught off guard that I'm paying before the service but whatever how is the price $12 more?? Then he says for me to tip at that moment also .... Again I don't mind tipping or paying but it was just hella thirsty like can I tip after the service because what am I tipping for I don't know what the hell yet bro calm down :( ---- as a fellow business owner it was just tacky in my opinion. If I was the owner I would definitely have a more personable person in the front . After visiting a few of the shops we decided that we would wait to return to Atlanta for the tats...lol. They were talking CRAZY when it came to pricing #nahson While in Panama City for lunch we passed Andy's Pirate Tattoo...decided to stop but didn't realize that they didn't open until noon...so we came back after we finished lunch. It's a small shop but we were not interested in decor or the size of the shop, we were solely interested in getting great work done at a fair price. Our experience was exceptional from the second we walked through the door! James greeted us w a smile and helped us all the way through the process! My friend got her tatt done that day and mine the day after...James is a VERY talented artist and is also a perfectionist, just the traits we were looking for! He's a pretty cool dude too! They are honest and if they feel they can't get what you want in your tattoo, they will recommend somewhere for you. Back to the building, the building is owned by the shop so there is no rent the artists are paying. This causes the prices to be very reasonable compared to other shops. There was one guy greeting everyone and getting them situated with paperwork while the rest were doing tattoos. He was super nice and helpful! It seems like a really laid back and fun place to be. The guy thag did my tattoo was great too. I have chronic hives and apologized because they were all over the arm he was tattooing. He made me feel. Comfortable and even made sure that the products they were going to use on my skin wasn't going to irritate it even more. That went along way for me. This place was very clean, noticeably clean!
