The biscuit was light and fluffy with plenty of bacon. I ate half and took the other half with me on my flight to eat for lunch. This saved me a little money in the Charlotte Airport;) And even cold the sandwich was still good. I also had a few bites of my dad's biscuit with sausage gravy. The Shakery is a cool "Mom & Pops" eater with a plethora of sweet treats. There is a place to stand and order outside, a drive thru, outside seating and indoor seating.
