I called and left messages that weren't returned, I sent emails that were intermittently responded to, and when I couldn't get to the phone they never left voicemails. After five weeks I was told that there was nothing they could do. I'm certainly disappointed. I don't mind paying for the work that they did, even if it didn't result in my desired outcome. But for that sum I would have appreciated a bit more transparency and communication throughout the process. It's the communication, not the results, that makes me suspect I've been strung along. A large screen tv for watching the game and smaller TVs for different viewing like porn and standard cable. There is a hot tub, outdoor pool, gym area, showers, steam room, private areas and then the rooms or locker area. Everything was super clean. I would say on the Saturday afternoon I was there the crowd was 30-40 ish in age and probably 25 guys. I would go again. It was super relaxing.
