In total, I had 4 different of my staff members complain about him and then I had to deal with him and it was nothing but unpleasant. He took forever to get me the paperwork needed to set him up as a vendor so I could pay him for repair work and while he still wasn't getting me the paperwork he would literally call every single day to ask for payment. He finally got me the paperwork after 2 weeks of me trying and then I paid him. Then he was to install license plate cameras and due to him installing the cameras at another property I had to wait a month for install. The day he installed them he didn't tell me and then was immediately calling that next day for payment! I told him I didn't even know the work was done AND he hadn't even sent me an invoice! So he did that day and before I could even get it to my accountant he was calling again for payment. He called everyday for it! Normally companies pay on a 30 day turn over time but he is DESPERATE for money (and it was only $1000 so to me that says he is really struggling for business if he so badly needs that money). I checked video footage of the cameras and these awesome cameras didn't show anything, it was pitch black and didn't pick up an license plate image. So I only paid half b/c they didn't work. He got pushy and aggressive saying the cameras were in so he needed payment, but I said I couldn't pay until the cameras actually worked. Thus began more unpleasant conversations and arguments about getting the work done. End of the day, cameras aren't showing footage the way they need to and he won't come adjust them like he said he would. I DO NOT RECOMMEND using this company for the simple fact that it is terrible customer service and terrible attitude....and they seem quite desperate for money so I'm thinking they won't be around for very long.

Patrick answered when I called for service. It was down to Central Security and another home security company. Patrick explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. I was very appreciative of this because this was my first time owning a home security alarm system. I really love that since this would be my first time, there's no contact. I love that they believe in earning your business instead of being nice upfront and then not having to work to keep your business, because you're trapped in a contract. I signed up with Central Security and paid for my equipment upfront and my cameras. I just pay monthly for the active monitoring. One time after I was approached by another company a few momths after I been with Central Security, I called Patrick and let him know and he let me know he value my business and gave me a fair renegotiation on my monthly fee. The next month I bought another camera and has then install it. I'm also happy to report that the alarm does work I had a false alarm when I was away in away on a windy night and the wind push a an unlocked door open. The initial sales call went super well, they got out to replace our vivint system within a week which is where the problems started. It took them no less than EIGHT TRIPS to finally get the initial install finished, and each tech they sent badmouthed the work done by the other techs, and management was utterly clueless and absolutely incompetent. The install work was incredibly sloppy, and we had to have painters out to repair all teh damage they did to our walls. They used a weird hodge podge of equipment and software, and we remain deeply unsatisfied. AVOID like the plague.

Since that time, he has always been incredibly prompt at answering and/or returning my phone calls. This is especially reassuring because when you accidentally set the alarm off, you want help NOW, not a day later. He has taken more panicked calls from me than I am comfortable admitting, and each time he is quick to assess my situation and help me fix the problem--sometimes so quickly it seems like a miracle. He is up to date with technology and can communicate with you via text message (he will ask you first in case you prefer phone calls instead) and prompt email. I love the new remote access key fob he installed for me that allows me to set and disarm my system without needing a code. It gives me additional safety even out in the parking lot because I can punch two buttons and have the police arrive within a few minutes. Thomas definitely seems to know his tech stuff and seems happy to explain it whenever I needed help understanding. I have been so impressed with him that when my workplace needed technical security help of an entirely different sort, I encouraged my boss to go to Thomas. For the sake of fairness, I did research on other options and found all of the others to be far overpriced. Many of them wanted us to install full systems and commit to long-term programs. I didn't like the big corporate feel of those places and I am very glad my boss agreed to go with Thomas. He gave us advice on purchasing our security items, scheduled the install, arrived promptly, put everything together quickly with little mess, and even spent time on phone support with the product manufacturer to make sure it was working properly. I know that if we have problems in the future he will do his best to make it right. In short, Thomas provides the best local security services at very fair prices and I rest easier knowing that both my home and workspace are as safe as they can be.
