I have to say that several years after Chad fixed all my speaker problems AND got me a fabulous new receiver at a even more fabulous price, I called him this past Saturday to get on his service schedule. My fabulous receiver seemed to have shorted out or something and made a terrible noise when it did so and stopped playing and had red blinking lights. I panicked and turned everything off, tried it again with same results. I called Chad and sent a text. We are so so pleased with the work Chad did for us. After watching a Youtube video on how to install a 65'' Samsung frame TV, I knew the process was going to require more skill and a better tool set than what my husband and I are equipped with. We could not be happier with the final product. Chad was on time to our initial consult where he spent about 30 min discussing where and how we wanted the set up. We wanted our TV hung over our fireplace so there was a gas pipe he needed to work around, and we don't have any built in cabinetry surrounding the fireplace so we had to plan for where the TV box was going to go after we removed our fireplace mantle. I tried couple of options for setting up 5.1 speakers but nothing worked till i found Chad. At yelp/google/nextdoor reviews everyone talks great about Chad, so decided to start discussion with Chad for my 5.1 speaker recommendation and installation. He came up with an excellent configuration for Klipsch. Before fixing up with Chad for the same configuration i was trying to get the price outside, but Chad pricing was amazing, including installation his charges was way better than others. He came to our house took an hour to setup everything, he was very fast, he clearly knows what to do, which wire works, which one required replacement, very professional. Chad was an absolute joy to work with. He walked us through all of our options, made some excellent recommendations, but was also very clear that it was our decision (so we did not feel pressured into buying anything). We ended up going with Klipsch speakers in our living room, master bedroom, bathroom and back patio, with a Klipsch subwoofer in the living room, all controlled by a pair of Denon HEOS amps. He also mounted and configured a Samsung Frame TV on the living room wall (which we purchased separately on his recommendations). Full install took a couple of half days, and he was great about explaining everything he was doing, and showed us how to make the most of all of our new goodies. Even better, we were in the process of locating a new entertainment center, and when that got delivered, he came back and reconfigured everything. Best of all, besides being a very personable guy, he was PUNCTUAL. Every time he said he would show up at X time, and he DID. This is sadly rare in Central Texas. Anyway, I was so very nervous that once he got in to the project of troubleshooting my very old audio and video system, it was going to be a nightmare. Chad complied exactly with my request. My sound system was hit with a lightening strike. I called some other stereo sound companies and they did not want to check my system. I had a friend recommend Chad so I called him up and told him what I wanted. We set an appointment for him to come out and take a look. Was very prompt! I told him what I wanted and after taking a look at my patio, gave me a quote on the total time it would take to install what I wanted. This review is for an installation that was done in August 2015. I didn't want to put a review in too early as with the installation of things this detailed and diverse, it takes time to push and try all facets of an Home Audio system. Well 2 years into usage and the suggested Denon Receiver has met all requirements (Dual Zone, Blue Tooth, Airplay...). The Klispch In Ceiling speakers along with Sub and Center channel produce the type of clean and clear sound. With tuning can achieve the right type for any medium (Movies, Music....). We also had them install in the game Room TVs. The mounts are excellent and allow for some adjustable settings. All through the process it was about what I NEEDED not what they wanted to sale or over reach with unnecessary services or products. In the end FunHouse saved me money and gave me a professional installation that will be hard to beat. All in a fair price for the time and labor such work can involve.
