That said, the restaurant was hosting a large party, so I'm willing to give them some grace since I'm sure that isn't their typical level of service. The waitress asked us to cut into the meat to verify it was cooked right, they all were cooked as ordered. Truly a treat. The steak is gone, a little bread is left on the table, half the old fashioned is remaining. Definitely will return in the future if I'm in Shreveport.
