Wife and Splash ready for a ride!

eddy, Alan, and Bryan are 3 top notch guys. Great conversations, no aggressive selling tactics, and no bantering over price. They treated my wife and I (even our dog) like we have been knowing one another for years! I've never had an easier experience buying a motorcycle before and this is my 4th bike but my 1st Harley. I have a Harley Davidson less than 5 minutes from my home, but I will only purchase from Iron Steed. Thank you all for accepting me into the Iron Steed HOG family! Shoutout to the ladies at the service desk and the service team for making sure I had everything I needed to have a long happy life with my 18 RGS

Thanks Iron Steed! Great customer service and seamless experience through the buying process! S/O Mr. Allen and his sales staff! I definitely recommend this Dealership

    Wow from another Harley dealership

Don't let them order any parts for you!! I bought my second bike from then and we going to have them add aux lights and bars to the bike purchase. They quoted me 3600.00 installed. I opted to have it done at a later date and when I got the work completed I had a 20% coupon. The service advisor upped the price to 4600.00 so with the coupon I now paid 3800.00. Most parts were even Harley accessories that they marked up. When I asked why, the advisor said that's the way they do it I even told them I got a quote from another Harley dealer that matched the original and still was told that's the way they do things there. I was even charged for the OEM wiring harness for the bars and I got the original bars back without any wiring, which tells me they they reused the harness and still changed me 600.00 for a complete harness that wasn't used. I also confirmed with the handlebar manufacturer that only harness extensions are needed.

Surprise gift for a good dude. 2020 Street Glide Special.

Thanks to Brian Widmar aka Teddy Bear and the Iron Steed staff for making someone's dream come true. I was the middle man in conducting a huge surprise for a friend. This surprise was the purchasing of a brand new 2020 Street Glide Special for a coworker on behalf of a former coworker. Teddy Bear worked with me over the course of a few weeks to make this dream come true. The plan was in place and the hook was set, and by the end of it all, someone's dream came true and he had no clue this was all going down. Thanks again Teddy Bear and Iron Steed Harley for helping to make this happen.

As a new rider, I was careful about where I took it, so I called around for quotes first. From that very first call, they were patient, transparent, and fair with their pricing, which gave me real confidence. When I brought the bike in, they exceeded everything I had heard. You can tell these aren't just mechanics--they truly understand all types of bikes at a high level. Learning that they have racing experience made it clear why their attention to detail and precision stands out so much. I had them do a full service, including front and rear tires, a chain realignment, and an oil change. They also helped me get a few other parts and accessories I needed, all at very reasonable prices. Everything was handled with care and professionalism. What impressed me most was how much they genuinely cared--not just about the bike, but about me as a rider. They took the time to explain things, made sure everything was done right, and sent me off feeling confident. After their work, the bike feels smoother, more responsive, and most importantly, safer. That peace of mind is huge for my first bike. It's rare to find people who take this much pride in their work and treat customers with real honesty and respect. I'm beyond happy with the results, and I'll definitely be bringing my bike back here after future trips as well. If you're in the Bay Area and need work on any type of bike, I strongly recommend checking them out--they truly care, and it shows.

Take your motorcycle to this business. You won't be disappointed.

I was told multiple times over the phone that it had received a full service, including an oil change, valve check, and new coolant. When I arrived, the hour reading was higher than quoted, and the shop owner, Dan, refused to provide any written record of the service he claimed had been done. I asked politely several times and was dismissed with, "What do you need it for anyway?" It's disappointing to be told one thing over the phone and then treated like I'm asking too much for simply trying to verify the work. This wasn't just an inconvenience -- it speaks to trust and integrity, which are critical in used powersports sales. Dan might claim that it doesn't work that way but I've purchased dozens of new and used bikes over the years and any dealer that refuses to give a maintenance record on a bike they sold new and then supposedly did a full service on gets a 10/10 on my sketch meter and I walked away. That said, I ended up buying a brand new bike from my local dealer, who gave me a great deal -- no BS, no power trip.

LD Cycle recommended replacing tires and front brake caliper rebuild. Work approved and completed -Dec 2024 Drive belt failed during ride down the street from home. Only 26 miles driven since service work done at LD Cycle. -Called LD Cycle to report the issue. Explained what occurred and discussed my concerns with drive belt failure just taking a ride around the corner. LD suggested normal wear and tear, or rocks possibly got caught to cause failure. -At no point was I asked about my well-being. I asked what can be done to address my situation and LD Cycle said they would get back to me. No feedback for a week or so. -A friend recommended a reputable shop in the area. I explained what had happen to the shop owner and right away I was asked if I as OK and did anyone get injured. He offered to come pick up my HD in 2 days and he did so. -Shortly after he called and asked if I recently got new tires installed. His concerned was that the belt tensioner didn't seem to be adjusted which prevents drive belts to get loose. -When he called to let me know my HD was ready for pickup, he wanted to show me a few things when I got there. He said they had to tighten loose kickstand bolts, a taillight screw, and that my front brake switch failed. -Again, this is concerning because I just had the 5K service done at LD Cycle and these are more safety related issues that were overlooked. -After several attempts to get a hold of owner of LD cycle, I went to the shop. They said he wasn't around and that he would call me back. It was important to me to express my major safety concerns to the shop owner. The owner and I spoke later that day, never was I asked about my well-being. -FACTS: 1) My original drive belt only had 30K on it. 2) My drive belt was working normal before bringing my HD in for service at LD Cycle. 3) There were no issues found with my drive belt during the 5K service at LD Cycle. 4) My drive belt failed within 26 miles of riding after a new tire was installed at LD Cycle. 5) I had loose kickstand bolts that was overlooked during my 5K service. 6) I have a front brake switch issue that was overlooked during my 5K service. 7) My HD issues are safety related.
