Needed carb rebuilt last minute to get me to ride with a group of friends. They came through for me in a pinch. Thank you. Had a blast.

Great customer service I needed parts for my KX450F last minute to get me riding for my yearly trip they helped me out order the parts and got me on the road and while I was there they helped me with my other projects as well. I was so impressed I brought my 2017 road glide in for a complete motor upgrade. They did a great job and they researched everything to give me the best advice and service possible. They communicated great they called me and informed me on everything very pleased highly recommended.

The inventory is one of the largest I have ever seen and they have several showrooms and a ton more bikes that arent even on the floor yet. They even have their showrooms organized by bike category. Their prices are extremely reasonable but the customer service is really what sets them apart. While there are times they are running around like crazy trying to sell bikes and can't take a ton of time to chat or take on another customer, they are always super friendly and will just have a friendly chat when they have the time, even when they know I am just there for service. Not often you run into salespeople that will just take some time to chat when they know you aren't buying anything. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone whether it is for parts, service, or for a new toy!! I live quite a ways away and it is always worth it. You guys are the best!

The racist guy in finance ruined my entire experience here…read more The people on the showroom floor don't ask if you need help, so you pretty much have to go up to them to get any assistance. Everything was going well with the salesperson--until I got to finance. Overall, the guy in finance was both incompetent and racist. He wasn't knowledgeable about some of the add ons he was trying to sell me, especially when I asked about the GPS unit. I had to look it up during our conversation because he had no idea how it worked. I also asked him if he had any information booklet on the GPS unit and he went into his desk and instead of handing it to me or sliding it, he throws it on the desk in front of me. After I purchased the GPS unit and a tire protection plan, I mentioned that I might be moving in a year or two. I asked if the tire protection plan would be honored at any local dealership, and he said yes. Then, out of nowhere, he asked me, "Are you moving to Mexico?" I responded, "Why would I be moving to Mexico?" He tried to justify it by saying, "Oh, because I'm not sure they would repair your tires with this plan." Of all the places he could have named, locally or another state, he assumed I was moving to Mexico because I'm Hispanic. A few days later, I got a call from their department asking me to review my experience, and I explained everything that had happened. I don't know if they ever addressed it with their racist employee, but honestly, I don't care because I will not be coming back. I should have listened to the other reviews warning about the lazy salespeople and the racism. The only helpful people were the people in maintenance and the salesperson who helped with getting the bike prepped.

First off I will tell you that no matter where you…read morespend your $40k on a RZR at you will not be treated the same at all places, and I'm okay with that. I do not recommend this place, and I'll explain why now. Went in person to set up an appointment for a recall that can possibly burn you alive in your RZR. If you don't believe me look it up. Any ways I went to the counter to ask about an appointment and the guy pointed me to the service manager, now I was pretty happy about this because dealing with a manager I would think I would get the overall best service of the place, anyways the Manger Zac asked me for all my info, and repeatedly asked me if I have done business at their location which I answered more than 3 times to that same question, anyways I gave Zac all of my info and the was entering in the information, I was hoping to have a date scheduled before leaving because it's not easy to get time to put the RZR on a trailer and drop it off with my work schedule. Again, gave all my information and then he gives me a business card and asks me to email him my info, I was confused because I just gave him all my info but I said okay I will do that. He handed me his card, I emailed and called them 2 times and I still as of today do not have an appointment scheduled. So like I said if you're going to spend $40k on a RZR and need service, I would not recommend this location. I've heard good things about the Polaris in Yuba City so I will try there next. I sent the email on 4/1/26, which is the same day I went into this location to schedule a service. If this was just a normal service I wouldn't care so much, but this is a recall that could potentially burn you alive with a fuel fitting that either breaks or falls off or does something enough for them to send me 20-30 recall letters to bring it in and get fixed. Sorry for the long response but I wanted to make sure I explained everything. Thanks

Nini at the front desk was absolutely perfect for the job imo: compassionate, reassuring, and exactly what a first-timer needs before throwing a leg over a bike for the first time for real. Freddie and Henry were great too, really easy dudes to talk to and very helpful with sharing tips and other pointers for me. I'll be honest, I dropped the bike an equal number of times on both sides over the weekend, all at zero mph (embarassing af). Symmetrically bruised ego, perfectly balanced. Returning it felt intimidating, but the whole team handled it with zero judgment and genuine professionalism. I didn't try to hide anything and they made the whole process painless, albeit with some monetary penalties caused by my inexperience (I own up to this though). I'm leaving with my wallet lighter but with my heart genuinely fuller for the experience. The environment this shop creates for nervous beginners like me is genuinely rare, and it made me feel supported and motivated to come back and do better next time. Will absolutely be back for my next rental and keep getting ride time in, because real experience gained like I did is priceless. The human element of the shop is just cherry on top, and makes me feel good I'm supporting a local business. Shoutout to Nini, Freddie, and Henry. You made a squid feel welcome.
