I was very pleased with the service here. Sam inspected the cam chain tensioners on my '04 Road King and they were good. Saved me a much bigger repair bill. He also lubed my clutch cable, installed a new rear tire, and replaced the rear brake pads. Then, since he was delivering another bike to Vallejo, he delivered mine as well. I went in just because I was passing by and my friend needed a nut for his battery. I go in and after calling out a few times a man answers. I tell him what I need, he asks for what bike. I tell him a 650 Triumph. He says we don't do metric here. So as most of us know Harley is no longer strictly American parts and measurements. And nuts for batteries that fit any bikes ?? Come on, give me a break. Harley does not have a market on batteries that only fit Harley! Let's lose the very "Old school" mentality of "Harley Davidson" a customer is a customer PERIOD this is the second time Harley shops have refused any help, consult, anything , just because it's not a "Harley". I called yesterday about the installation of the Legend Rev-A rear shocks for my 2014 Ultra. Initially I was told I had to wait until the 11th, because they were booked solid. I mentioned that wouldn't work for me as I was getting ready for a road trip, thanked them and started to hang up, before I could hang up, I was asked if I could bring it in tomorrow (now today) and drop it off and they would try to fit it in somehow. I arrived at just after 10:00 AM and made arrangements for the day and dropped it off. I went off and had breakfast and dwaddled around town for a bit and checked in, they were just finishing it up and I would have it back shortly. Price was modest compared to what I expected and Sam adjusted the shocks appropriately. I highly recommend Sam and the shop! read more

I was on 80 heading home on my chopper and discovered my front tire was about flat. I asked someone if they knew of a motorcycle repair place and I was pointed here. I walked in and the owner operator was busy and asked if he could be of assistance. I assumed it needed a new tire and told him so. Well, without even blinking an eye, he stopped what he was doing and had my custom one off motorcycle on a lift with the wheel off. I told him whatever it needs just get her done. Well, it turned out I didn't need a tire at all, it was just a leaky valve stem. Most any shop would have hit the easy button and the cash register button and sold me a tire, not this shop. He did what needed to be done and had me on my way happy as all get out. read more

I have known the owner's for 25 years and have always known them to be passionate about their endeavors whether it be hot rods or harleys. When I learned of their desire to open a shop I knew they would do very well as they are honest, hard-working and treat everyone with respect. The owner Steve is Harley factory trained to perform basic service, while his son and owner Sam is a factory trained Harley technician. Sam is the only one I will allow to work on my Road Glide. When he worked as a tech at Iron Steed HD he was backed up with customers requesting him only, to work on their bikes. When he left the dealership he worked out of his house to meet the demands of his customers / biker family. I have had my bike in for service at the shop and they continue to provide the service and excellent work you would expect and is typically lacking at most dealerships. They are not about "making a killing, but making a living". Their prices on parts and service are probably the best in the bay area. I have seen them drop what they were doing to go help a rider in need. On a side note, the Cities of Vacaville and Fairfield are now taking all of their service bikes to Vacaville v-twin for all repairs and service. This speaks volumes to the quality of their service.
