Over the weekend my wife and I purchased a water fountain, problem then became moving it. We cleaned out our garage and wanted someone to haul away junk. His pricing: I had Charles come along with 2 others to bid on the project. Of the 3 quotes, Charles was by far the most, but since he was the first to come, I gave him a chance to counter bid, at which point, he dropped his price by 30% to match. His service: impeccable. He cleaned after himself, swept the area where the garbage was. He was also very reliable. He could only take 1/2 the garbage the first day and promised to come back, but wanted some payment. I gave him some money and he did show up the next day as promised. I also tipped him 12% for doing a good job. Bottom line: I would use him again. He is hard working, polite and efficient. Charles is sunlight when you're not having fun. Not only does he show up promptly with his can-do attitude and reasonable rates, he brings smiles to the scene. The reasons for hauling, transporting stuff to storage, etc., can make for grumpy customers, because moving is just not fun.
