The staff were all friendly and helpful, the facility very clean! I didn't feel out of place (as is sometimes the case when traveling and the locals stare or make me uncomfortable). The equipment I used was all in great condition, newer very nice machines! Overall, exceptional experience here at the Riverwalk! This Planet Fitness location is hands down the best location I have been to. It is clean. It is spacious. It is well-equipped and maintained. The front desk staff is friendly. I have a Black Card and have used the red light machine and deep tissue chairs regularly. I enjoy them both. They also have hydro massage chairs and tanning beds available. I have to say, I was nervous about joining at first because I have used other PF's in other areas and they left a lot to be desired. I am quite pleased that I joined this particular gym though. The management here seems to be solid.
