I went here for a regular teeth cleaning and immediately after xrays they said I needed deep cleaning which my insurance does not not cover. Since I did not want the far more expensive procedure they went ahead and cancelled the hygienist for the work that was to be done. However they made me pay for a cancellation fee of the hygienist which they themselves cancelled it; not me. My friend was told the very same thing. However a few days later we went to a reputable dentist for our procedures who said deep cleaning was not warranted at that time but even if it was needed they could still have done the regular procedure with a note indicating deep cleaning was necessary soon. This was a simple bait and switch and Sheila Salvador would not let us leave the facility unless a cancellation fee was paid even though it was them who cancelled the procedure I came in for. I have contacted the various state organizations and an investigation is underway.

The clinic is extremely serene, high end, comfortable, clean and accommodating. Very thoughtful touches have been made like providing fresh lap blankets if you get chilly, or ice packs if you have sore muscles, relaxing mood lighting and music options, and extremely comfortable, reclining chairs to name a few. The nurses are so incredibly nice and accommodating, and extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic about what they do. They seem to genuinely care about your health needs, and want to make sure you are getting the most beneficial type of therapy possible. And, while the whole experience feels more like a spa treatment than a clinic, everything about the process, equipment and application is very clinical, sterile and professional. They even offered several infusions I've never heard of or seen available at other clinics. I've been twice since they opened and can't wait until I can make it back there again.
