It was my first time here. It was 9:30 in the morning, one car getting vacuumed, no cars behind me. I drove right in and the guy started washing my car, with barely any soap. They did a quick rinse and then they pulled my car up to the guys who dry and vacuum. I should've just done it myself. The guy on the passenger side of my car was holding his phone with one hand and switching between the spray and the towel under his arm with the other. While the guy on the driver's side was hustling.. neither of the guys did the very back windows in the van. Those are still dirty. You can definitely tell on the inside of my car. The driver's side is cleaner than the passenger side. I wanted to complain, but the girl at the counter was walking around with her phone in her hand. If they're going to allow those guys to work with their phones in their hands and not care about the quality we're paying for, then lower your prices. Not going back! read more

My go-to place for when I need to pamper my car. Whether if it's my Accord or my wife's CRV, this place cleans our vehicles inside and out for such a reasonable price. The Platinum Wash cleans the exterior, under-chassis, tires, interior, floor mats, dashboard and trunk, for only $20! What a deal! 01/11/21 - I went back today to get my car washed only to find the price of the early bird special was increased from $6.95 to $9.00. That's the price of inflation & Covid as it's affecting the cost of everything. That's still a good price considering they wash the interior, wash the rubber floor mats, vacuum the car & wash the exterior & dry the car for $9. They do a very good job. I left with my car looking like it was brand spanking new. It feels good to get the road dirt and salt off of my car. Just a side note my wife's car is an SUV. Although the $15 price to wash the outside of my SUV was good, the fact that one of the hand wash guys kept his wash mitt on the dirty concrete floor meant I won't be going back. They are like the ford assembly line, the car moves in "stations" and each station does a task and viola the car is clean. I took my suv today for a complete detail for $225 and I can say that I'm very disappointed. When I inspected the car there was a lot spots in the interior that I had to tell the guy to wipe down because it was dirty. They did a great job at cleaning my headliner and I give them credit for that but when you get a full detail and you spend $225 you expect that the whole car inside and out to be professionally cleaned. When I got home I decided to do a full walkthrough again and see if they really cleaned the areas that should have been spotless and I actually ended up finding areas that didn't get scrubbed or wiped down. This is really a well run place to get your car cleaned. I've been coming here for years but I haven't posted anything until today. This is a hand wash location that is very popular for the platinum wash, which includes the undercarriage and inside of your vehicle is vacuumed and wiped down clean prior to being given back to you. All in all, depending on the line, it could be a longer wait. But it's worth it. Pro tip- if you're in the wash (not in line) prior to 10:30, it's $3 cheaper. Unfortunately I came on a Sunday and like Tim O. mentioned the wait has been 1.5 hour long. I totally recommend that before you enter the facility to ask if they are short handed. Usually there are 2 lines they do to wash the vehicles but today it was 1 LONG LINEEEEEEEEEEEE........ I was told the workers partied too much the night before and so they are short handed. I was recommended to go here by a friend who said the car wash were good. They are hardworking to get the job done. However, when I received my car I noticed the scratch in the window that was never there before. I eventually got home and found another new scratch on the right side of my car. I took a spin around to check and noticed there were still some spots with dirt, so I just cleaned it. Overall, they did clean my car, but I was more disappointed that my car got scratched in the process. I also had one quarter in the cup holder and when I went to check it was gone. Man this place use to be the best in the city. I just got my car washed and they didn't even clean the center console. I had a layer of dust still showing it was never wiped. My cup holders had dirt and debris in it still. The back part of my trunk/window still has dirt and grime. Maybe they should pay someone to do a final check before they ask people to drive off. I would not go here if I were you! There are a bunch of car washes by this location that do a better job ever since they were bought by someone else. I've been coming here since 2013 and it has been consistent in the beginning but over time quality dwindled. Service and quality is Ned during peak times so I would come early mornings to be the rush and so they can take more time doing it right. I am kinda OCD about these things so I usually wash my own car now but since I have a hand injury I decided to take my car in for a cleaning. I requested the "PLATINUM PACKAGE" and I was very disappointed. They didn't do undercarriage cleaning nor sprayed waxed. They also didn't vacuum the seat cracks or wipe down the center where the cup holder is. Also theyleft hand prints on the doors when they are closing it. I didn't wanna point these out because I was running late. I would recommend if you must come here only have them do a outside wash and do the inside yourself. The stains on the back seats are completely gone, and I also had a stain on the front seat as well that completely disappeared! The vents are free from dust as well as the window buttons! I went to get my suv washed and interior cleaned as well. The outside looked fine, they didn't do a great job on my rims since some spots were still dark/dirty. My interior is where I had the problem, i honestly couldn't tell you what was cleaned on my drivers side. The guy who did my passenger side did a decent job but the guy who worked on my drivers side didn't even vacuum my seat or wipe anything down. There was some type of oil on my back seats too, which I know wasn't there before. Not worth $25 + tip. Place is ok. When I tried to ask one of the washers a question, they pretended not to hear me. I spoke up, in English and in Spanish, and he just walked away after looking at me and shaking his head. Didn't get the women helping customers to come over. I was going in for a steam cleaning of the engine on my sedan. I had washed my car just two days ago. But, as I pulled in, my car was wet by the hoses being used to clean the car in front of mine. At this point, I didn't want to drive out of there with water spots or a quick dry that would leave half the car wet. So I opted for the Platinum wash because it included interior cleaning. The steam cleaning was pretty well done. It should get most of the salt build up on any components off. The platinum also includes undercarriage wash and rust protectant. The man who rung me up was nice as he accepted the yelp check in coupon for the engine wash which technically wasn't listed as a detail service. When I got in to drive out, I was putting on my seatbelt and plugging in my gps when the person behind me, an employee of the carwash, honked at me to move. Not 10 seconds in my car and already pushing me out. Kind of rude to rush a customer out like that, especially when I took a look at the inside and it didn't look like they really touched it. In fact, there was dust all over my stereo, and there were little white towel lint all over my back seat. I'm posting some pictures so you can see. I'm not sure what they mean by interior cleaning, but shouldn't it be cleaner than when I brought it in?
