I've had a burger from For the Win the grand central market location and I've said it one so I'll say it again. For the Win is a top 3 smash burger restaurant in Los Angeles hands down. The burgers are crafted to perfection and are topped with fresh ingredients. I don't know if they use short rib beef or refined ground beef, but the burger patties are smashed so thin that you could eat a triple or a quad and not feel overwhelmed. The service was excellent, i received my meal swiftly and was able to eat before I went to my final destination. I also enjoyed a chocolate milkshake that was a flavorful pleasant treat. I was pretty excited to come here based on all the hyped that this place has + the good rating this particular location had. My friends and I came on a Sunday afternoon, and it was pretty empty. I wish the photos on the kiosk actually lined up with what you actually get for that burger. Don't look at the photos and just base your decision on the description! It doesn't come with any veggies aside from pickles, so if that matters to you, you should be able to add that to your order for an additional cost. Overall, the burger felt really dry.
