Isaac designed a stunning setting for my pear shaped diamond. I found him through his EBay page, and drove 2 hours from Naples to visit his shop. I was very hesitant to leave my stone, and received my ring 2 weeks later. I was absolutely blown away, it far exceeded all my expectations! People are always commenting on how beautiful it is. A year later I lost a stone in my setting and planned a trip to Palm Beach to get it repaired. I bought from this store an engagement ring and Paid 7 K for the Setting and things didn't work out for us, I contact him 5 times to see if he could help me somehow and perhaps purchase the setting back at 50% less than I paid for it and he never returned my calls or messages... 2/13/2019, 5:23 PM I had never asked for the shank to be repaired before December 2018- only gone back to replace the diamonds that had fallen out. (and of course I have purchased several other pieces of jewelry over the years) I was not charged the 1st few times that the diamonds fell out but they kept falling out and I was eventually charged for new stones and labor. The shank cracked in half in dec 2018 and it was repaired only to crack again 5 weeks later. I paid $200 for the repair and was not offered my money back for a repair that didn't hold. I was NEVER told I should remake it in white gold. I was rudely told he would no longer work on this ring and I need a new one. I am not able to buy a new ring at this time (the setting cost $2500 10 yrs ago!) I now had to bring it to a new jeweler, pay again and have it repaired. It is cheap platinum,learned there are different types) hence the reason the ring didn't wear well. I have my original engagement ring that I wore for 11 years prior and the platinum shank looks perfect! I spoke to someone who was in the jewelry exchange who actually heard Isaac yelling at me and they told me they couldn't believe how he spoke to me--they were appalled!!! All he needed to do was apologize that the repair didn't hold and say lets think of how we can fix your ring and resolve this. Instead I was aggressively yelled at- told he isn't married to me and doesn't need to deal with me or this ring anymore and he shooed me away. I walked away in disbelief and tears. Worst customer service I have ever received- especially from a vendor I spent thousands of dollars with and have used for years! read more

Diamonds have fallenl out of a diamond anniversary band purchased in May 2x times. Claims I am "rough" with the ring. (Right.... like I pulled the stones out.) Didn't buy a $1,000 ring to sit in a jewelry box to look at...DUH! Made me feel he is doing me a favor fixing the custom ring HE MADE! This store is REALLY, REALLY BAD NEWS! NASTY MAN also!. Took 6 weeks to fix a ring he designed and made and then tells me not to come back. Holding my breath the stones will not fall out again. POOR QUALITY WORKMANSHIP!!!!!! Perhaps he should apologize the ring wasn't made right and sorry it took six weeks to redo!!!!! It took a few weeks the first time to repair a lost stone. The ring has been in the shop almost as long as I got to wear it. He said I should be glad he didn't charge to fix. (You really have to be kidding me) Also, he has the nerve to make you feel guilty his wife is ill (like it has anything to do with the crummy ring he made) but he is there everyday selling (obviously not liking to fix bad work) GO SOMEPLACE ELSE. I found this place on eBay and wasn't sure if I could trust them. I was skeptical but gave them a credit card over the phone. The diamonds were great and as described. The only problem was my earrings did not fit into the diamond jackets. I had to return them- no fault of these guys. Anyway, there were no issues with the return. I sent the package back and they refunded my credit card almost immediately. I think it's important to know who you can trust so I was impressed with the entire process. My wife lost the center diamond in her engagement ring and we had no idea where to go to replace the diamond. Isaac was not there at the time, but his sales associate, Rodika Salter, waited on us. She was most professional and explained how it might be more beneficial if we used my wife's ring, less the center diamond, as a credit toward a new engagement ring. She showed us many different settings and different center cut diamonds. She was not pushy, but just wanted us to be satisfied with our selection. After we finally decided on our selection, we went through a series of professional negotiation on pricing that work out very well. She contacted Isaac several times explaining our budget and he was most agreeable to work his magic to accomplish the sale. We were even able to pick up the ring in a few hours since they have a diamond setter at the exchange. We left to have lunch and when we returned, the ring was ready.
