I showed my confirmation but I never made it on the books for the day. I was graciously taken by a stylist after some back and forth from everyone on who would take me. Left with the haircut I requested and that's the end of it. Wasn't an experience or vibe . Just sat and got a haircut with nothing special to say about the salon or stylist. Pricing is very fair compared to other salons. The salon itself is kept very clean. Cute gardens and decorations made it feel very soothing. Regina brought her dog to work on the day I went, but she first texted me in the morning asking me if I was comfortable with that and it seems she was actively asking other customers about their comfort as well.
