She wanted bright pink highlights and when Mackenzie prices it out for us, it was way more than I wanted to spend (fantasy color is extra) and there wouldn't be enough time. Mackenzie suggested doing highlights from their regular color line and my daughter picked a pink/red color and ended up loving it! I had a great experience at Sassy Do's in Rancho Cucamonga, but the Corona location was a huge disappointment I booked an appointment for a partial highlight and was assigned to a stylist named Cydney. From the start, her attitude was unwelcoming, and it quickly became clear that she lacked experience. I arrived at 12:30 PM, and she didn't finish placing the foils until nearly 3:00PM -- which is unusually long for a partial. I ended up sitting there until 5:30 PM, and had to leave with my hair unfinished due to a car rental appointment I had scheduled at 6:00. She didn't even blow dry my hair, and made no effort to apologize or take accountability. I returned later that evening 6:15 PM to speak with the manager Kimberly about how poorly my hair turned out (dull and orange) Thankfully, the manager stayed until 8:30-ish PM to fix it at no charge, and I genuinely appreciated her effort and professionalism. She did the best she could with what she had to work with, and I left reasonably satisfied with dark hair -can't go wrong there-- but the entire experience was exhausting and frustrating. I hesitated to leave a review because the manager tried to make it right, but I also believe in honest feedback, especially since I rely on reviews myself. Sadly, I would not recommend the Corona location -- at least not if you're expecting the same level of service as the Rancho Cucamonga salon. read more

I've been debating writing about this because I really don't want to knock the business but I had an appointment with a hairstylist Viviana and it was an appointment for my daughter and I. It was her first time getting her hair cut and my first time in almost 4 years getting myself a haircut. I was excited because I've been wanting to find the time to go and finally did and my daughter and I had our own day which was exciting but Viviana ruined it. Don't get me wrong I had a good haircut from her. But she messaged me to push back our appointment which I said no worries 4PM works for us. Then once we arrived she greeted me and said it would be about 30 minutes before she could start on us and I said that's fine, we waited and waited. Took way longer than 30 minutes and she took my daughter first to wash her hair and then cut her hair and that was it. She then had me go sit down because she didn't have time for me yet. This whole time she was coloring someone's hair. So she was busy I get it but why not just reschedule me? She asked on the spot while I was there if I would be open to having another stylist cut my hair but I saw her work. I did my research and I liked her work, I have no idea how that other stylist would've done. I didn't get to see her work so I declined. But still it ruined our experience. We got there at 4PM and didn't leave until 7PM. I'm beyond upset that it took that long for a haircut and wash and blow dry. I didn't ask for my hair to be curled or anything. She wanted to curl my hair but I said no she had already taken way too long. I tipped her for her service but now I regret that. And at the beginning of the appointment she seemed happy and offered to take pictures of my daughter and I at the end which I agreed to because I thought how cute but after our appointment she seemed in a rush, she wanted to leave and didn't offer. The second I tipped her she walked away, no thank you or anything. That ticked me off especially after sitting there for so many hours just waiting. I had to go ask her to take a picture because I wanted to have that with my daughter but she seemed so rude about it and took 3 of the same pose and that was it. The lady whose hair she colored she was having her pose this way and that way and took multiple photos of her so there was definitely a difference there. Also halfway through waiting I wanted water so I was standing in the back to get someone's attention and every stylist just walked past me to go back to their client (which I totally get, I didn't have the appointment with them so I wasn't expecting anything from them) and she was in the back for a while until finally a stylist saw me standing and asked if I needed anything and I asked her for water which she happily got but wow I was standing for a good 10 minutes just waiting on a cup of water. I had a hair consultation with Hailey on Aug 20 to get my hair balayage light brown after hours of processing my hair we ended with my hair having no hair color difference hailey said that it should lightened up over time and even stated that she expected to be lighter and not as dark she offered to re do my hair no charge to text her and she wouldn't "ghost me " if no change of my hair color I washed my hair 2 x that week like she told me and I did see a little change I gave it hope but now my balayage is red no where near to LIGHT brown like we agreed.
