I asked them to run my insurance and give me the total cost before I agreed to anything. After waiting about 30 minutes, they came back and told me the total would be $1,900 for four visits, everything included. Based on that information, I agreed and signed up with Cherry. The first two visits went fine. However, when I came in today for my third visit, I was suddenly told I owed an additional $1,700. I explained that I was already enrolled in Cherry and had agreed to a total of $1,900. The front desk employee admitted she could see the quote I was given, but said what she had in the system was different. After speaking with the office manager, they still insisted I owed $1,700 more. I made it clear I was not agreeing to any additional charges beyond what I was originally quoted. I also asked for a partial refund since, at this point, the only service performed was pulling the tooth. They refused. So in the end, I paid $1,900 for a single tooth extraction--something I was originally told would cost about $300. Please be very careful if you go here. Dr. Dinh is amazingly kind. His examination is thorough and every step is explained. The treatment rooms are outfitted with what seem to be state of the art equipment. Procedures are done with an obviously well practiced hand and great concern for your comfort. The office, exam rooms, and rest room are spotless. The staff is very friendly and efficient. The rapport between the Doctor and staff speaks to a high respect for each other. I can't imagine ever going to another dentist. There was a GLITCH with my insurance, not on my end, but on the insurance company end. This happened once before about a year ago here and it all worked out and went through fine at this same office. This time, I had the same problem. I reminded her that this happened before but Kylie/Keely refused to help me after I was passed to her by Frankie (who also told me she would not work with me to sort it out), insisting I pay out of pocket. Not only did I remind her that this happened previously and had the proof to show it all worked out (EOB's), I also had my insurance info available as well as had my insurance company call and verify my info directly with Kylie/Keely and send her proof of current good standing insurance coverage! Kylie/Keely insisted that this was not enough "proof" of insurance, and even with my credit card on file, insurance calling her directly, insurance company directly sending proof of coverage to Kylie/Keely and Frankie, and my willingness to pay out of pocket if need be and providing them with my credit card, she absolutely refused to believe I had coverage and would not work with me whatsoever. WHAT!?!? So Kylie/Keely took my credit card, immediately billed me and refused all info that came directly from my insurance company.... directly from the insurance company!!! I will never ever go here again, nor will my family. My suggestion? Get a new insurance person for the office because Kylie/Keely will most definitely cost you more customers. Firstly, her attitude is incredulous! I have never been treated so poorly. I am NOT a scumbag. I pay my bills and work hard to ensure I have proper insurance and take care of my debts...but Kylie/Keely and Frankie made me feel like I was nothing. I have never been made to feel so terrible in my life by anybody. Frankie should not be employed there either, given her lack of wanting to help patrons and refusing to do anything to work with me for absolutely no reason other than that is not how things are done in your office anymore! You just lost an entire family full of business....a family FULLY insured and who pays any and all copays in full and on time.

I was charged for a service that I had already paid my portion for, while the remaining balance was not covered because I had lost my job and changed insurance. When I came into the office, I was not asked whether my insurance had changed, so the claim was apparently submitted through my previous insurance. When your office later contacted me about the balance, I explained that I had new insurance and asked that the claim be resubmitted through my current insurance. Instead of assisting me with correcting the issue, I was told that it was entirely my responsibility to notify the office of the insurance change. While I understand that patients have a responsibility to provide updated insurance information, I also expect a dental office to verify insurance information and work with its patients to resolve billing issues when an error occurs. I found the response I received to be dismissive and unhelpful, especially since I was willing to provide my new insurance information so the claim could be processed correctly. Unfortunately, the way this situation was handled has left me with very little confidence in your office's customer service. I have therefore decided to seek dental care elsewhere. I hope your office will reconsider how situations like this are handled in the future, as a little willingness to help resolve an issue would have made a significant difference.

I did not need emotional support; I needed people focused on dental health. I did not wait long for an appointment, which I am convinced prevented the development of an infection. I was quickly numbed after a brief but thorough examination, and the extraction was complete before my chair could get warm. The cost was reasonable and they will bill my insurance for reimbursement directly to me. Overall, I could not have asked for better care.

It was going to be a tough extraction as the roots were long and fragile. I was dreading it, but his staff was great as was Dr. Rollar. He worked hard getting it, but I felt no pain or panic at all. It was the beginning of many months of visits as a bone graft had to be done, months of healing time, several imagings done to monitor bone growth, the post for the implant had to be put in and then the bone allowed to grow around that. At each step, I was given clear information of what was to be done and why. The pricing was explained in full at the very beginning so there were no surprises. The staff was great and seemed well trained for their various positions. The imaging equipment was impressive, allowing me to view multiple views. By May of 2023, the implant post was ready for me to get my new tooth! A long journey, but very successful. I highly recommend this practice.
