I loved the wax specialist Xenia I found before but unfortunately she moved. I rescheduled with a much younger girl named Bella and it wasn't great. To start, the first thing she shared about her day was the tips were really good today and she hopes it continues. Which already made me feel off. The wax was really hot, she constantly broke sticks when applying (I mean the entire time) and I didn't realize until a few days after, she didn't wax everything. There were little small areas left. Super disappointed. No longer coming to this location. It's not worth it.
