Had to have vehicle towed from house to my auto shop about 10 miles away. Called my T-Mobile SynchUP Drive app rep as being a T-Mo customer you get 3 free tows in a 12 month period. Once call was complete, it took about 50 minutes or so for the AAA tow truck driver to show up. Tyree (I believe the app tracker sent me) was courtesy and professional when arrived. Took car loading my vehicle onto the back of his truck. Within 10 minutes or we were off to my auto shop. Value was perfect for the SyncUP Drive app for this tow service. I am a rental property owner who contracted this company to remove illegal parked in my premise. The receptionist kept hanging up on us on our first call. And she could not find our contract. The night receptionist is so incompetent and kept asking for the vin number. How would I know when I am not on site and I told her I saw this car from a security cam. I was assisted by Tyree (according to the AAA app), and he demonstrated a level of service and compassion that went above and beyond my expectations. It took less than 20 minutes for Tyree to arrive. I was stuck in a difficult situation -- my Tesla had both run out of battery and had a flat tire, leaving me stranded in my driveway about 10-15 feet away from my home charging port. Tyree not only showed his expertise in safely loading, towing, turning, and unloading my car back into the driveway after rotating it 180 degrees (so the charge port was closer to the outlet), but he did all of this effortlessly on a narrow suburban street -- and without causing any damage. Most people would have been satisfied at this point, but Tyree went even further. When he learned that I couldn't access my trunk or charging port due to the dead battery, he made multiple attempts to jump-start the vehicle. Just when I had lost hope, the car finally powered on! He then offered to inflate my flat tire so I could make it to my tire replacement appointment the following day. His help saved me from an expensive tow and tire replacement delivery, and he even correctly diagnosed that my low-voltage battery might be failing -- something I later received a warning about in my Tesla app. Stellar service, outstanding compassion. They were dispatched to my disabled car on the side of a busy highway by AAA. It was a busy Friday and we had to wait 90 minutes to get towed but the driver was very supportive and efficient. I was not informed that they didn't take my car to the body shop until the next morning when their office called me. This worked out ok since insurance suggested a different auto shop but I had to go in to fill out a release form and present ID, registration which my insurance company had said they wouldn't require that. Overall it took several days between the tow and the arrival of the car to the auto shop to be evaluated. read more

In one word hooligan! Ill behaved notorious owner couple and employees. My car went into a rear end collision, I selected a random towing company and they came over and took it and I sat on the pick up truck. The cops at the crash advised me to go ahead with a random pick up truck instead of waiting for the insurance tow truck on the shoulder of a freeway. The insurance had my name and my spouse's name on it, only the registration had my spouse's name on it. After arriving at the tow yard on their tow truck, after capturing my brand new totaled tesla y, they refused me to take my handbag ,credit cards etc. They were not letting me in their property.I immediately called 911 and the cops helped me in getting my own items. Even then owner opened the driver seat door without the car owner or the cops' presence since the door got locked out after the crash. They were in high hopes of keeping my car and auctioning it but bad luck for them, my Insurance company immediately took the car to their own tow yard. Please be careful, they will steal your belongings and items if anything is left behind in the car.The next day I went to the IAA Fremont where my Tesla 2024 y was towed and stored by my insurance. They informed me why was the front driver door open, why didn't the previous tow company use jumpstart to unlock the car. The owner of this company not only forces opened the driver door in absence of insurance holder, car owner or cops' absence the mechanics are are not knowledged to use jump start as well. Please avoid using this small company for your emergency services, you car will be damaged. There are two mechanics who don't know anything. My biggest mistake is I did-not wait for my Insurance tow truck after the collision on the freeway. I swear the car was fine when I pulled into the Walgreens parking lot in Hayward but when I came out to start the car and leave, it was a no-go situation. Called AAA and up drove Mow K.! He was kind, efficient, paid attention to the best way to pull the car onto the bed as to not create more disruption than necessary for the other patrons driving into the lot. Once noting where we were having it towed to, he asked if we were happy with them and truth be told, not really. He then suggested a great place just 4 minutes away. After waiting on the side of the freeway for 3 hours in an extreme heat wave, AAA sent island towing out. I understand this isn't a hospitality service, but this guy had no empathy for what I was going through. He hated on me from start to finish. Immediately, he was critical of my bike rack, insisting I was trying to kill some one (literally said that) I apologized that he felt that way and suggested we remove it or did whatever would make him more comfortable. Despite all my apologies and pleases and thank you's, my driver was absolutely rude to me the whole trip. He made me feel like I was a huge burden, apparently forgetting that he was being paid. I sat in full sun, during a heat wave, without ac for our 90 min drive. When we arrived, I offered to help unload my bike (which he allowed without speaking to me), then drive off without so much as a wave. Maybe he hates women?
