Brought my truck to them for brake repairs. After inspecting the brake, they informed me that they wanted me to go to Ace Hardware to pick up needed parts. I was in Miami at the time and unable and unwilling to play delivery driver. Arranged for Goodyear across the street to pick up the truck. OK Auto released the wrong truck to them. Like someone else's truck was brought to Goodyear and I imagine that owner is unaware that ever happened. I brought a Goodyear mechanic to pick up the correct truck. OK charged me 85$ to remove a bolt. I have never experienced anything like this. read more

If I could give this place negative stars I would they're a bunch of crooks I came in for tire replacements and an alignment they told me my lugs were to tight so they had to break a few lug nuts and so they charge me 300 dollars for lug nuts don't ever bring your vehicles here find somewhere else read more

I have be been doing business with Art and Ed for over 6 years and won't take my cars to anyone else. To my surprise there are only a few reviews here on Yelp for Ok Tire and thought I would add to them. Art helped me a out a couple of years ago with an older car that ran into computer issues that turned out to be very complicated. Have been doing business with them for 7 years and have referred many people to them. Now that Art and Ed are no longer there it is a completely different story. Brought my car in to be checked and they said it needed brakes. When I went to pick it up the bill was nearly $ 700! No phone call to ask if I wanted rotors and calipers or to let me know it was that bad. Not even an itemized bill!! Its a 2007 Civic! No way should rear brakes be this much which I confirmed. I gave them an opportunity to make it right and John ignored it.They have gotten all they are going to get from myself and my people. Word is out. Miss you Art. read more

Had 7:30 an appointment for oil change on motor home. Made 10 days in advance. Got there at 7:15 am. Was told they had no room to do it come back another day. He said something about a truck stuck in front of a bay. He had 2 other free bats. I explained all the trouble I went through unhooking the motor home to get here. He had many days to call me. No, he said get out and directed his men to guide me out. This outfit does not deserve to be in business. If he did this to me, he will do it to you. This company is an example of why we distrust auto service companies. They have no customer service qualities and run their company like a fly by night outfit. took my 2002 vehicle in for a general tune up Charge was $400 for a tune up Invoice simply stated plugs, air filter , and fuel filter, and scan for codes I usually do my own auto maintenance including tune ups with these items listed Would have taken me an hour max to do all these items , I would have also checked belts and replaced plug wires , distributor cap , etc. With parts and a hour of labor at even $100 per hour of labor this job should not have even exceeded $175-$200 Ripped off !!!!!! read more

I'm rating my business with ok tire and auto at a 4/5. As the mechanics here did the proper work for a reasonable price, and didn't sell me on junk I didn't need. I'm docking the one star due to them leaving spots all over my car from a rusty roof that leaked water onto my car. The spots do buff out but it's another thing I now have to do. The mechanic also said he'd get my car in that day yet it turned out to be three days later. Bottom line, I would go back. read more

These guys are great. Top notch work and stand behind the product. There was an issue with a recent repair due to a faulty part. Because they didn't feel that the aftermarket part was the best, the replaced it with a factory part. When I called and asked what the extra cost for the part was, they told me they would absorb it. The cost difference was $60+ between the parts and of course, not additional labor charges. This never happens, especially if the part was the issue, not their work. I have had work done their 4 times in the past couple of years on different vehicles. If you need work and Naples area at a reasonable price, this is the place. My car needed an oil change and tire alignment after it was shipped from Michigan. Art took extremely good care of me and my car. He fit me in to their busy schedule on a Saturday morning and had all the work completed in a timely manner. The pricing for oil change and tire alignment was very reasonable. Art called me twice to let me know that the work was finished. He was polite and explained all of the work that was done for me. The workmanship was outstanding and the car's tires were in perfect alignment. I am picky customer and I was totally amazed at the efficiency of this company. BEWARE! They did a complete brake job on my vehicle, Rotors, Pads And Calipers. A $1500 job which to begin with is a bit excessive. The first issue was they made a decision, without consulting me to have the calipers shipped in to get them the next day otherwise it would have been 3 or 4 days. I would have chosen to wait since I had another vehicle to use. I was not given an option. As it turns out the car was not ready for 3 days because they are busy. When I questioned the $150 freight charge I was told "that is what it cost". An obvious independent attitude. The bigger issue is that I am back in New Jersey for the summer and noticed something leaking in the driveway. I took it to my repair shop in NJ and it turns out one of the calipers was leaking. Of course I had it replaced. It took about a week to get to talk to John the owner of Ok Tire & Service. He tells me that they have a National Warrantee and I should have called him for instructions on who to take it to fix for free. This is the first mention of this type of warrantee even though he knew I was going to be taking a long trip when the repair was completed. There are no signs in the shop and nothing on the invoice about this warrantee. So, with his usual "independent attitude" he tells me I should have called as soon as I noticed the leak, So, I guess I am supposed to be a mechanic to know that the leak is related to his work and I am supposed to be a mind reader to know that there is a warrantee that requires me to call him for instructions and I am supposed to wait for all of this to take place to get my brakes fixed. Now he says I should go to a parts store, he will tell me where, get the replacement caliper and have the local repair shop remove theirs and install the new one and they can return theirs to their supplier as defective. That's a bit sleezy if you ask me. On top of this I am responsible for the double labor! That all makes no sense and obviously I won't agree to any of it. So, after much reluctant discussion on his part and I think to get me off the phone he offers me 1/2 of my $214 cost in shop service at his shop when I return. Since all of this is my fault for not calling him I guess I should be happy he offered anything- LOL read more

Got a complete brake job on my van in late March, 2016. Had to get one wheel re-done back home in Wisconsin in May. Probably due to faulty parts. OK reimbursed me entirely for this work and paid me for the shipment of the faulty parts to them. I have to say that OK stands behind their work 100%. read more
