Sara has very strong hands so I received the benefit of a deep tissue release-- she threw in some myofascial work which I love when it's down correctly (I've had some weird work done under the guise of myofascial) -- and it was done right with Sara. I had really tight shoulders and neck from work, sleep injuries, and travel combined and I left feeling released, relaxed and restored (all the Rs).
