That alone was concerning, but it got worse from there. They only did work in one room, which they stopped painting the ceiling a foot away from the wall and it is very noticeable. We were then told the complete job would be delayed, and it ended up being put off for two weeks. During that time, we had already moved all of our furniture out of the space, expecting the work to be done--so we were left living in an empty living room for no reason. On the day they were finally supposed to come back and complete the job, which I had planned to show them the poor painting finish, they didn't call to discuss, they just emailed us and said they believed the cracking might be due to a structural issue and that they were no longer comfortable doing the work. At that point, we were back to square one after weeks of inconvenience, with no solution and no accountability. The lack of follow-through, poor communication, and last-minute cancellation made this a very disappointing experience.

I have included pictures of 3 projects he has done for me. Project 1, he installed wall tiles, hardware, plumbing and a shower door. Project 2, installed wall tile and the plumbing for the Master bathroom soaker/tub. Projects 3, cut, sanded, stained, clear coated red oak 16ft hand rail for a 15 and 16 set of stairs. His accuracy, attention to details, use of advanced tools was demonstrated with identifying one of the walls of the guest bathroom was not straight/level and he made the appropriate modifications to fix the wall before he installed the wall tiles. They cleaned up each day and made our home livable, despite to volume of work they were performing each day.
