They also require you to sign a consent letter. Your encounter would be in a private room. One to one. It's really a nice setup. Nice comfortable chair. Reminds me of the dentist chair. Katie knew what I wanted and she made things pleasant. We had a good conversation. Next thing I knew she was finished. My appointment time was for one hour. It took less time for that because of what I wanted. They give you aftercare instructions. Which is also explained to you. This was my first tattoo with colored ink. So I had several questions which she responded to very well. I would highly recommend her. Also there is alot of parking available. Just be sure to let them ring you in. They share the space with the lower level. Which is a different business. The tattoo shop is on the upper level. They also have to open the door for you and you definitely have to have an appointment. I would return when I'm feeling another tattoo experience. Which I'm sure I will.

Rocks. The space is clean. All artists have their own closed room that has large glass walls on one side that can be frosted automatically for privacy. Cleanliness is a top priority here. Seth was remarkably patient and worked with me to meet my requests on every last detail (size, aspect ratio, position, ink). (Embarrassingly, I asked him if we could move the template we transferred onto my skin 5 times for one tattoo, having to wipe it away and reapply it. It would have driven basically anyone crazy, but Seth was laid-back and understanding throughout.) The price was also very reasonable. As others have mentioned the private studio was clean and seemed well organized. Honestly, vibe at the studio is not something I care about (I just want a great looking, safe tattoo), but it did have a nice feel. In my case, I wanted something very specific (and relatively simple), rather than something creative from the artist. I got exactly what I wanted, and it looks perfect. Since this was my first, Seth also explained every step of the process to me as we went. In terms of safety, I saw all his new, packaged needles. (One thing I didn't verify was how he sterilized any reusable parts. ...something you could do yourself if you're inclined.) I'll definitely return to Seth for any future tattoos.

The inside is welcoming and clean. The front desk person went to find where the artists keep their portfolios located. Which led the owner, Mick, coming out front and finishing up with a client. I had overheard that the shop was booked until May. That made me leave because I would be gone by then. Mick, even while attending to a customer, asked about where I was going and suggested of a shop at the very state I'll be going to. That to me was what led me to write this. Her knowledge and suggestion on the fly like that to me showed her passion and dedication to the craft. Thank You Dragon Moon

it's amazing going down the comments for this business and seeing everyone giving them five stars…read moreand giving them amazing ratings I guess I'm the only one who had a bad experience there lol but just a reminder they do great work if you want a great tattoo, I would go there, but be specific on how much you wanna pay because they will not hesitate to you want a tattoo like for example I paid $500 plus a $100 tip for a tattoo that was worth no more than $250 just a little reminder of the little shady practices this business does/and also they might deliver great customer service and a nice view to your face, but I'm telling you guys they will swindle you out of your money like I would not leave your purse alone in there like that's the vibe they gave me they seem pretty gritty and money hungry/oh, and also the inside of the business is very dirty. It doesn't look like it's been cleaned and 30 years and it doesn't look like the inside has been renovated for longer than that. It's actually really disgusting environment.

I had a terrible experience with Ethan that ended with a terrible tattoo. I asked Ethan for a…read moresimple line work rose. He showed me his drawing and it was very different from what I asked for. He added cross hatch shading and I didn't want shading. I asked him twice to redraw it as just simple line work and he said "nah this will look better". I'm filling out paperwork and he's making the stencil and I finally said "I'm so sorry but I really don't like this rose design. Can we do something different instead?" He was immediately VERY visibly angry and his demeanor changed drastically toward me. He agreed to do a dagger instead. I should have walked out rather than let somebody who's clearly angry with me tattoo me. I ended up with a dagger with crooked lines, and inconsistent thickness of the lines. The handle also does not line up with the blade. He was rushing and unpleasant while doing the tattoo. He was totally unwilling to give me the tattoo I wanted, and acted horribly unprofessional when I didn't like his drawing and didn't want it on me permanently. Definitely would not recommend.

The shop is located on a sketchy street but once upstairs inside of the shop it is spacious and clean. I was lucky enough to find street parking around the corner. This is a cash only establishment and their is an ATM outside if you need to withdraw. My friend and I were getting small tattoos on our wrist and the prices were kind of steep - granted we did just walk in and we are in downtown Baltimore, so kind of expected.... When Danny (tattoo artist ) was about to start, a piercing appointment came in so he got that done right away. His technique was good, he was very clean, using new needles and gloves - it took less then ten minutes for two of my mini tattoos. I was charged $80. My friend was charged $60 for her one cross tattoo. Danny was great and had good customer service but I probably would not come back for the prices.

They don't accept card but kindly directed me to an ATM where I got out cash. The nose ring fell out again while i was just using the ATM. I went back after getting the cash and they told me to stop messing with it, which would have been fine if I was, but as a brand new piercing I couldn't bear to touch it. Here's where it gets a little sketchy... I ask how much the piercing it. He says "20..." I hand him the twenty and I watch his eyes go to my bag where he can see I have another twenty. Then he goes "...one. And I don't have change." So I paid FORTY dollars for a "twenty one dollar" piercing (though I'm convinced it was only twenty) and on my way home it fell out again. The whole "twenty.... one" thing left a bad taste in my mouth so I didn't want to go back. Obviously, the hole closed that day. I wrongly paid forty dollars for a piercing I didn't even have for a whole 3 hours. Would not go back.
