Went on an early walk so decided a pastry was in order. So I decided on a morning glory muffin and when I got it, it was freshly baked so it was still warm! These sell out though so go early, my parents came by here later on and said the muffins were gone. My mom did try the cappuccino and was so happy about that too. read more

My iced lavender latte was delightful. There are tables inside, but I took mine to go. The service was fine. They offer sandwiches, salad and snacks as well. The next day I stopped in to get an energy bowl, which was actually pretty good. read more

They offer an e-mail address to follow up on any issue but never respond. If you call the location on Broad Street in Nantucket, they inform you that someone from management will contact you.....they never do. If I could select negative stars I would. Extremely unpleasant and rude employee who greeted with an insult, and proceeded to say "just tell me your f***ing order." This place is in need of serious customer service skills and maybe learn how to roast coffee. Do yourself a favor, and go somewhere else. Not worth it AT ALL. read more

I love this spot! The owner is hilarious and has a great personality & rapport with the guests and locals. They make delicious lattes, cappuccinos, flat whites, mochas, americanos and coffee! I ordered a latte with no foam and they poured the steamed milk to the top and made it exactly as I requested and it was absolutely delicious. I always stop here when I'm on island for iced chais too. Great overall - highly recommend!! read more

(If I Could I would give 0 stars) Do not recommend especially if you have any sort of food allergy. Bought a chocolate croissant for my partner and I too share, thinking nothing of it because it was displayed as nothing but a chocolate croissant. My partner has a severe nut allergy. Not labeled was that it was filled with "chocolate hazelnut spread". Luckily I caught it in time and was able to get my partner the medical attention that was needed. When I called to speak about the issue at hand I was told it was my fault that I didn't ask what was in the product I was buying and that I could call back later to speak to someone because they are busy. I would like to add that is it a law that they must display food products that contain major allergens (e.g tree nuts). I simply called to prevent this from happening again to someone else, I was not rude or condescending. , but was spoken to in an awful manner. I will not be going back. Good Latte. Staff was quick and friendly even though they were slammed.They have a bridal selection of coffee's and T's just like any other custom coffee shop. The cups and covers were also eccofriendly, if that's your thing. read more

This place is open early! While the rest of the island sleeps, us early birds had a place to go and get our coffee fix. Very good setup and the cold brew is on point!! It is also super close to the ferry port which is nice.... we had the breakfast sandwich and it is big enough to share with someone. read more

Great freshly baked muffins, an eclectic crowd, fresh coffee, and open early, a wonderful combo! For an early riser like me, on an island setting these things are important and qualities not easily found. Take a stroll, enjoy the streets before they are overrun by distracted people, and then enjoy conversation while ordering your coffee and a muffin. I did some research before coming to the island and made a point to stop by this shop after reading the reviews below with words like "best espresso" "best straight coffee" which is what I prefer. Well, these other reviewers obviously have incredibly low standards despite saying otherwise. The mocha was the possibly the worst I've had anywhere, DD does better. It's not hard folks! Espresso + milk + chocolate. It was rather bitter, I'm guessing from the overextracted espresso. I was a little too worried to order coffee without milk after seeing their espresso machine had a garden hose looking steam wand, and the grinder was not a brand I recognized nor a style I associate with quality. Should have listened to the person in the shop nearby who told me there was better coffee elsewhere. Perhaps. read more

IMHO, the best espresso around. Watch them freshly grind the beans and make it, you'll see the difference. Service was friendly, and overall it was refreshing to find someplace other than the crappy bean. Took me a while to find it...I think since it was right off the ferry I missed it. Well, no longer...yummmmm. Also tried an iced mocha and iced unsweetened tea, both great. My new fav espresso joint. read more

Coffee was watered down, but the worst part was the service. We walked in and the woman working said, "great more white people." As a former resident (and just plain human being) this is pretty disappointing and insulting. And we were given the incorrect change but didn't correct her because we didn't feel like it was worth any further interaction. My advice, although it's tempting to grab a quick coffee when getting on/off the ferry, go to Handlebar. It's worth the extra 5 minute walk. read more

Just came here and got an iced latte with coconut milk. Really love that they have coconut milk as an option. My coffee is really good, but I felt rushed even with nobody in line behind me. I have had coffee here before and it was an unpleasant experience, but I decided to give it another try. It's always the same woman working and she is extremely condescending and lacks basic customer service skills. Not only that but after spending $9+ on one drink (that is $4-$5 anywhere else on the island) it was less than edible. A tiny place with a tiny menu. Basically coffee, espresso, lattes, and chai, available hot or cold. A small pastry case with some basic offerings. Coffee latte was good and so was my chai latte, though it was just Tazo prepared chai. Good place to get a decent cup of joe or espresso. Good music too. read more

Delicious coffee, a great way to start or end your day on the island. The baristas vibe was a little cold, but the coffee made up for it.

Perhaps I wrongly assumed that a coffee shop would have tasty iced coffee. It tasted like water, not like coffee. I said something to them and in all fairness they offered to put in a shot of espresso which I took them up on, but it then tasted like iced espresso. I think I'll stick with other places to get my iced coffee fix on Nantucket. read more

I am a serious REGULAR coffee drinker-- don't like the froofy variety-- just straight coffee. This place has GREAT iced coffee and the line out the door-- which will move quickly-- attests to it. The BEST place for coffee on the Island. read more
