Her staff are always easy to talk to and get billing/appointments with. Nurse is very nice and a pleasure to work with. Dr.Cooper definitely had gotten more busy since I've started seeing her. It's truly unfortunate that I was unable to keep my appointment for a new PCP, one that was highly recommended for my area. When simply trying to find out my patient responsibility, I was met with an unexpected response from the most rude receptionist. That says a lot, considering I'm from the northeast and have not been spoken to in such a manner since moving here to Florida. Not only would she flat out refuse to give me any information I was asking. She said I would have to call my insurance company and get the answers I was asking for. I explained to this woman, my insurance company does not know how much you submit for office visits. They're going to want a code. No code. Nothing! The call ended with me saying, "I guess we will just have to wait and see!" This woman, proceeded to call me back, continuing with her unprofessionalism. I told her there was absolutely no reason for her to call me back. I asked her why she was so upset since she clearly was. There are so many details that I just don't care to type. I clearly didn't feel comfortable going to my appointment (3days later). So I called and got a lovely lady who answered. I explained my reason for canceling my appointment. She was very pleasant and apologized. Definitely not happy with the fact I now have to wait 2 months for another provider. Now, after seeing some of their reviews, I feel I may have dodged a bullet!

Since I found out, I've been hoping to find a doctor who will help me feel whole. I discovered Dr. Cashio at the Advent health center (Advent hospital in Flagler Beach. Not only was he terrific, so was his staff, Ashley and Roe Everyone made me comfortable and relaxed at my consultation. Dr. Cashio is a wonderful doctor. He explained the "procedure" with advantages & disadvantages. Did you hear me say "procedure"... NOT surgery, not hospital stay, nothing elaborate or scary. I was ecstatic wanting to have this done for a very long time but then I became apprehensive. He made me feel secure and decided that I was doing. Well, after check up to see if everything was good. He scheduled a date within 2 weeks. The procedure was supposed to take at least 4 hours. Not so, maybe from when you first get there sign paperwork, get ready, have the procedure done, prepare to go home, it may have taken 4 hours. I'm still in recovery. It takes 4 to 6 weeks with Dr. Cashio taking care of me with a follow-up every 7 to 10 days to see my progress personally. Now that's caring for his patients. I'm extremely happy with Dr. Cashio and his staff and do recommend him to anyone out there who is apprehensive about plastic surgery ESPECIALLY, if you've gone through cancer like I have Thank you Dr. Cashio, you're amazing

He lead me into a living Hell of General anesthesia, post op pain without medication...he left prescriptions that could NOT be filled...never checked in on me....I was left with the IV needle in my arm! I found it while trying to settle in my home. He took my money and did this surgery for his gain only...I begged for at least my money back...he refused! he just wants to try another surgery...Would you let this man operate again? I borrowed this money to fix an area of skin that a previous surgery left under my chin. This Doctor made things worse...it was a simple in office procedure that he took total advantage of for a major surgery! for monetary gain. He has my money and have scars and pain for no reason.

It said don't provide personal details and that it would be anonymous, I chose the option to only write to the practice and not do a public review (until after dealing with the exceptionally rude owners wife). The next day I was informed by a lady named Kristin (claiming to be the practice owner, she's obviously not) that I would no longer be a patient because the practice felt it was "not a good fit." My feedback was not directed at my physician (and I even complimented HER) && I greatly appreciated her over the past 3+ years, but rather it was about the patient experience. The nurse was rude and acts like she hates being there, several others I know that see the same doctor feel the same way but were scared to reach out, I see why. As a patient, I found it concerning that my feedback resulted in dismissal from the practice instead of ever asking why I felt that way. I believe patients should be able to provide constructive feedback without fear of losing access to their provider. I see this has been a continuous problem from Kristen, obviously a change is needed at this practice and she is putting a dent on Dr Dormans reputation. I can see now why some of the employees were so miserable. Losing access to a physician I trusted after over three years of care felt retaliatory.

Very pleasant and obviously very knowledgeable. Couldn't have chosen a better physician than Dr Pirkowski. the staff at this facility is also outstanding. There is not a weak link in the entire clinic. All and all a pleasant experience considering the reason I went there. They also provided a free shuttle service from Palm Coast which made transportation very easy To the clinic. Five stars for the entire team.
