Nice people, pleasant atmosphere and my Korean BBQ bowl was delicious! The restaurant is clean and the location is very convenient!

Very helpful, lots of choices We just discovered there is a new Poke Bowl place close to home, and we stopped in this evening. Poke Bowls is new concept to me, a Hawaiian dish that you have constructed similar to a burrito assembly line. Our visit to Island Fin Poke was not as impersonal as that sounded, in fact we had someone patiently helping us through the entire process, explaining everything, letting us sample stuff, providing suggestions. There are a lot of choices, but it doesn't need to be intimidating. I built a great bowl. I'm going back soon. And just to make your visit even better, they have Dole Whip. If you have had one before you know what I mean. A Dole Whip is a soft serve non-dairy frozen dessert. Island Fin Poke offers two flavors, pineapple and vanilla. I didn't know you can find these outside of Disney, and here is a place in my zip code. What a great day of discovery.

Love this place! Such a hidden gem. When I found that there was a poke place I had to check it out. The place is wide open and there are plenty of seatings available inside. You get plenty of options for toppings. I got ahi tuna, spicy tuna and salmon for protein and whole bunch of toppings. Sauce was flavorful and each ingredients were so flavorful. If you have questions, they explain to you well. Definitely will come back for more poke.

VERY EXPENSIVE! Got one bowl and it was 17 dollars after tax!!! That is insane! The fish didn't taste fresh. Honestly the bowl didn't have much flavor. It's cool you can pick toppings but to make the masago an additional charge when the bowl is already super expensive is ridiculous. I like pacific counter in LWR better. Unfortunately I don't think I will be back.

Excellent fresh food and bowl combinations. Neat and quiet location and the manager is great. Go there. Eat healthy.

Ok, mundane, service from young guy - Hawaiian cuisine. My first time here. I don't know what to order. What mixes well with what. What I order was bland and not appetizing at all. It lacked flavor. The only decent flavor I got was the pineapple. I got a couple of sauces as side order. It was a take out order. I had to spruce up my dish in a frying pan with soy sauce. In the future I need to be prepared and I know what dishes to order instead of playing this guessing game and butchering the food. I wish to give this another chance and hope I get the wonderful customer service the reviews speak of and good selection dish. We'll see.

I was in the mood for a Poke bowl this evening and decided to try this place. I was very impressed. I ordered a "build your own" bowl and loved that they had a seaweed base as an Option, though there was a slight up charge for this. I preferred it to the standard rice or other carbs options. I was able to pick three proteins and went for salmon, spicy tuna and octopus. This all tasted very fresh. Lots of toppings available from mango, pineapple, pickled vegetables, and lots more. They have a large selection of sauces, and I went for the citrus soy which paired really well with the fish. I found the bowl to be fresh, flavorful and a healthy choice. It was also filling for a dinner time meal option.

A fast casual restaurant with great food, great atmosphere, and great service. We attended the pre-Grand Opening and they gave away free poke bowls. While it was buzzing with people, the place managed to service everyone in an expeditious manner. They served samples of Dole Whip while we waited in line. Amazing! Highly recommend if you want a sweet treat afterwards. Now on to the hero of the restaurant, the poke bowl. They have pre-built bowls for those intimidated by all the choices. For the more adventurous, I'd recommend building your own bowl. Now, there are so many delicious toppings that it's hard not to have a massive bowl. Oops! They don't limited the toppings (except "premium toppings" extra) so you can try a little bit of everything. All the ingredients were so fresh and full of flavor. The owner mentioned that their sauces are made in house which is a special touch. No matter what you put in your bowl, it's going to be good!

Tried this place out while visiting the Sarasota area recently. I'm a big fan of poke bowls and since my mom had never tried a poke bowl before and she looooooves sushi we decided to try it out. It was a typical build your own bowl place. White or brown rice or greens as your base. Pick your meat or tofu, toppings, sauces and crunchy sprinkled things on top for texture. It was pretty standard poke and I enjoyed it. The raw fish tasted good and fresh. They also make their own soy sauces and marinades, so make sure you try those. The thing they did a little differently was put the meat and corn/onions/edamame in a separate bowl so they could pour the marinade on and mix it up really well before adding it to the poke bowl. I really liked that and hadn't had that at other places. They also have a rewards program and on certain days give a free or discounted upcharge topping like guacamole- yum! They also have those specialty Stubborn sodas from the fountain that I love trying. Will visit again.

The ice cream itself is fantastic--creative flavors, but also genuinely delicious. You can taste the homemade quality in every bite. I had coconut and dark chocolate, the kids had vanilla, dark chocolate, and watermelon mint, and my husband also really enjoyed his choices (though I can't remember exactly what he picked).
