Despite the rush, the two ladies handled everything well and the place was immaculate.   The food was outstanding, ingredients incredibly fresh which is obviously what you want when eating raw fish!  We order a bowl, hot dog and a burrito with Bobbas.  Everything tasted incredibly fresh, and every bite was delicious.  If you like spice, indulge in the Fire Water and Chili Aioli, the heat won't disappoint!   A huge shoutout to Emma, who helped us during our visit.  She was attentive and explained our choices and even recommended some Bobba options for the kids.  That kind of service is hard to find, especially under pressure. I love this place! The food was incredible and service was also excellent. Since I didn't know what they have, they explained how it's done. I got build your own (big one) which you can choose two protein. And there were so many options you get with your bowl. My favorite part was that they explain the sauce's characteristics because many places don't. I got fire water and they advised it's spicy and I told them I love spicy, and they gave me another sauce to try, which I appreciate. And it was delicious! My only complaint was jalapeño would slice thinner as it was so chunky, and some of veg seasoned a bit better. Otherwise, excellent! Definitely would come back! read more

They forgot the sauce which if you eat these kinds, the sauce is everything! The bad news is I'm going out of town and cannot go back and get the sauce so I had to throw away $15 worth of food. When I called there's nothing they could do to help me. Excellent service. The guy making our bowls was so nice. I would definitely go for their custom bowl option so that you can choose to put whatever you want in the bowl. At first it was dicey as the girl waiting on us was training and couldn't answer our questions but soon Matthew came over to explain and help. He was so nice both to us and the trainee! The owners Eric and Tanner couldn't be more helpful and accommodating. This is a really great place in Lakewood Ranch. That is a Hawaiian Japanese fusion type of restaurant it's really light and fun and the hotdogs are amazing. The flavors are very very different and all of the drinks are homemade teas and different sorts of wonderful beverages.
