This Poke chain is about average compared to competitors. You order from a touch screen so you can really decide on your toppings. The staff were really nice. They make them in the back, but I really like the Poke chains that have the toppings on display similar to a Chipotle. There are a few seats to eat inside. But it mostly seems people take out more often. I got the large bowl and it looked shallower compared to other Poke chains. read more

Super easy to order, with a lot of options. If you know poke, all the greats are included and then some. They do have boba tea but I did not order this time around. Staff are very friendly and helpful, service with a smile! The ambiance is minimalist with a few tables to either dine in or wait for your order. But most of all the food was lush. Y'all, not good. I wanted to love this place!! But the tuna did NOT taste fresh. It had a weird light color and tasted old. I'm sad. I also got the Thai milk tea boba but it was not good. Soooo so sweet and artificial tasting. Also had a weird gritty texture. The boba was rock hard on the inside (like... it's normally squishy... weird that this one was so yucky). Bummer because it's the CUTEST ATMOSPHERE!! Sooo beautiful and clean and aesthetic. But the food fell short. Maybe I'll come back sometime just for dole whip (that can't be bad; right?) I usually don't have high expectations for poke outside of Hawaii so this left me very pleasantly surprised! I decided to do the small sized build your own bowl and found that it was still a decently sized portion, especially for the price. Even though with the small bowl there aren't as many toppings, the different components that I got were each executed well, the fish was fresh, the cucumber crunchy, etc. (My partner enjoyed the wonton strips from my bowl so much, he asked for a small bowl of it). The ratio of poke to rice is definitely a bit heavy on the rice side but the sushi rice was well seasoned and I didn't end up minding the ratio. The staff was also extremely friendly and helpful. If you don't know what you want or just want to sample something, they were happy to help. read more

I'm already a Pacific Counter fan, and have been one since they first opened their St. Pete location, so I couldn't have been happier to see another location open! We went during their soft opening stage ... and then again today during grand opening weekend! Twice in less than a week ... and it did not disappoint! As with the other locations, it's bright, lively, and the service is TOP NOTCH! I love the new self serve kiosks - I can be indecisive and those self serve kiosks allowed me to see allllll the options and pick the perfect mixture for my Build Your Own Roll! I did spicy tuna, krab, avocado, cucumbers, slaw, edamame, masago, and garlic crisps! I could have gotten more toppings but it was perfect the way it was. I got chili aioli (my go to!) sauce to dip my roll in. Sooooooo good! Everything was fresh, beautifully prepared, and the flavors went perfectly together! I even snuck a peek past the register and noticed them cutting the sushi fish so meticulously, as well as the avocados and other things they were prepping. So nice to see how fresh everything is, especially because we still got our food quickly (even though they had a steady stream of customers!) I ordered a side of the glass noodles for my 3 year old daughter ... and dole whip for dessert. She normally gets a hot dog but today she saw someone else with noodles in their bowl, and had to have them! Like the other locations, you can eat in, take out, or do third party delivery. Both times, we ate there and enjoyed it. The new location also has the yummiest, complimentary hibiscus palmer (hibiscus tea and organic lemonade mixed together) ... we had that but we also got a boba tea to go. I forgot to snap a photo of that but my favorite is their Thai tea with boba pearls, regular sweet. One more pro tip- get a spam musibi with a side of chili aioli. It's the absolute tastiest late night snack or simple breakfast the next day when you're still craving PC! Amazing experience as always - and the owners truly care and took the time to talk to every single customer while we were there both times. This food is delicious ! Fresh, high quality, and perfect if you're KETO. The bowls are artfully built, and flavorful. Each sauce or dressing has surprisingly varied flavor. I only eat cooked protein, so don't shy away from experiencing this gem. I'm so happy I discovered this affordable and very healthy fuel source, the people in Sarasota are extremely friendly and helpful. It is 18 miles away from home but totally worth the drive. My barometer for excellent food is how I feel after I eat, and I keep going back. I recommend trying it. read more

First off I applaud that this establishment offers not just vegan, not just gluten free but both vegan and gluten free selections. Of course they offer rather carnivorous selections as well. I got the "Trippy Bowl", and added spicy tofu, garlic crisp and a few other options. I will say the garlic crisps stayed with me so be aware if you are on a date. The bowl was fresh and everything was very good. I also had to try the Dole whip, and it was very tasty indeed. I was a little surprised at the grand total, but I did add on some extras. This used to be my favorite place to go, but after tonight, I'm honestly really disappointed. I showed up at 8:49 PM -- before closing time -- only to find the doors locked, chairs already up, and the girl at the front just looked at me and went back to what she was doing. No explanation, no apology. The hours clearly say they close at 9, and if that's not the case, they should update their info. It's incredibly unprofessional to turn away a customer during posted business hours. I expect better from a place I've supported for so long. read more

Love the location on St. Rd. 70, but this was one a miss for me. Portions were small with barely any fish in my bowl and the wait time was long. The ordering style is different with everything automated and impersonal staff. They didn't even have all of the flavored teas and lemonades that are so great on 70.
