I seriously am still sitting here in shock, not just because of how I was treated, but because I never really had a problem with the charge, I was just telling him I've never been charged that before! Last free item I received was a few packs of rice paper, 1 square pack and 1 round. :) Its also great that it is directly across the street from where I work, which is super convenient! On our second visit, I got their 6" sansrival cake (half pistachio/half cashew). It's like a bigger version of the silvanas. On our first visit, they had them in the case and said those are pre-ordered and looked so pretty in the case. Good to know for future visits so I called but they did not answer. I know it's bc they were busy w/customers! so sent them an Instagram DM and were able to accommodate my same-day order request. The staff was friendly and welcoming.
