Reed is extremely personable and all communication was excellent, which put me at ease before he even got here. He came out to do the gutter cleaning but I hadn't mentioned the gutters had guards so he ended up needing to come back to do the job, however he went up and removed the visible trees starting to grow out of the gutters while he was here the first time, which I really appreciated. This is the first time I've had gutters cleaned and I wasn't aware the guards were an issue, so if you have guards, mention it up front to avoid any issues. He came back and instantly got to work. I have a large home so it took him a few hours to clean the gardens that had started growing in my gutters. When he was done, all the greenery was gone from my gutters and the downspouts were cleaned out. This is going to sound weird but I am looking forward to the next time it rains so I can see how the gutters are supposed to work. Since purchasing the home, the rain has been pouring over the edge of the gutter and the soffits had started to sag in places where the little trees had started growing. After he was done, there was noticeably less sagging in the soffits, which I was very happy to see. The guards were obviously not working as intended because as I said, there were little trees growing, so we discussed it and decided to not put them back on. Next year, we will have him install a different type of guard system that will hopefully work better than what was in the house when I purchased it. Overall I was extremely pleased with Reeds work and my interactions with him and would suggest him to friends or family needing their gutters cleaned. Not resolved. We spent over 15g . Not really happy with the outcome. We will have to hire an engineering company to access whatever is necessary to fix this problem.
