Joined this gym for a few months now, amazing classes and even more amazing people. The owner,…read moreMarc, is super friendly and understanding to his gym members, coaches are helpful with correcting postures and helping you achieve your goals. The music is a mix of oldies to more recent ones so it caters to most age groups. Whether you're looking for a workout with socialization or you just want a focused independent workout, this place is it. It's 45 minutes of HIIT training, every class has been different and fun so far, without dieting, I've maintained my weight but gained strength, stamina, and my body toned up dramatically in just 2 months. You know you're doing something right when your body is sore in different places after every workout!

Two actual trainers are circulating the room and there are monitors on the wall with trainers showing you what you should be doing at your particular station. If you don't like a lot of the jumping around or crazy movements (plyometrics) don't come on a Saturday unless you wanna leave 3 lbs lighter and it's not from the work out itself... lol... strengths classes I think are Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday but you can prob check that online.. the two dudes running the class were awesome and def motivating .. first, they demonstrate how you're gonna go though 27 stations and then repeat... water break 30 seconds... it's a tough work out.. I thought I was mostly dying.. used to straight up cardio and weights.. just know yourself and what you can and can't do, obviously knowing your limitations health wise! There are no mirrors in this gym specifically so you can focus your mind on your body and the exercises you're performing .. best you can do is try your best and try to make it to the end! And hopefully not be as weak as me, lmao. I think I def would make sure you're hydrated and eat something of sustenance at least an hour before you go, you will totally need your energy.

The members were welcoming also, which created an awesome atmosphere to train in. The WODs were well programmed--challenging but fun--and I left feeling like I got a great workout. Definitely a gym I'd come back to next time I'm in town!

All of the coaches are amazing and very friendly and informative…read more Patrick and Domenique have a great gym with all the guidance you will need on your health journey. Firstly the space is very big and super clean. Everyone in the gym respects each others space and the next people that will arrive. They are always wiping down the weights, bars, pads, ect. Basically anything that might be touched gets wiped down. The office is clean and organized. They have refreshments for sale. They always have hand sanitizer available. There's a bathroom to wash your hands and wipe off. They have the space sectioned for covid which is great. The work out area is huge and has everything you need for your work out. They have lots of parking and an easy online sign in app. The work outs are great and intense. They have a strength portion and hiit portion which I love. I love that you get a mix of both and they are not overly pushy about increasing weight. They always take time to demonstrate the moves. They constantly walk around to ensure form is followed correctly. They encourage you to give it your all but they don't put you down for going at a level your comfortable in. The music is really good and motivating. The classes are affordable and you can choose a variety of packages to fit your budget/ lifestyle. I highly recommend checking them out. They are absolutely fantastic. Also say hi to Minnie the office mascot.

When we arrived, we were told the classes had already ended--with no prior notice at all. No email, no phone call... nothing. This is actually the second time this has happened, which makes it even more frustrating. As a parent, communication is everything--especially when it involves young kids who look forward to these activities. My son was very upset, and honestly, I was too. A simple message would have made all the difference. Unfortunately, because of this repeated lack of communication, we will not be returning.

My family has been on-and-off members of this branch since 2020, so we are very familiar with the environment and the standards this location is capable of maintaining. Unfortunately, our recent experiences have not reflected those standards. The woman who previously worked at the front desk was truly a gem of a human being. She was warm, welcoming, and made you genuinely want to stand there and chat. She set the tone for the entire facility in such a positive way. In contrast, Nancy has been dismissive, unapproachable, and openly irritated by basic questions. In a customer service role -- especially at the front desk where first impressions matter most -- professionalism, patience, and friendliness are essential skills. That has not been our experience. Afterward, I noticed other reviews mentioning similar concerns about her behavior, which suggests this may not be an isolated incident. When multiple members share the same feedback, it's something management should take seriously. The YMCA is meant to be a community-centered organization, and members deserve to feel welcomed and respected the moment they walk in. At the very least, additional customer service training seems necessary to ensure the front desk reflects the positive, community-driven atmosphere the YMCA promotes.
