Dr. Liddell had the best bed side manner, which lacks these days. It's hard to read any of these negative reviews as we can't imagine this office being anything but stellar! My son was extremely comfortable, surgery went amazing. They even gave him a blanket and now it's his favorite. I thought it was sweet they even let him pick the music in the room to listen to. I highly recommend this Dr and office. I promise you will not be disappointed. We will definitely be back for any future needs.

They took me off my heart medications for several days, had me start antibiotics for a procedure, and at 530pm the night before the surgery I received a text that my procedure was "unfortunately" canceled; that I should call them to reschedule. Nothing else was mentioned-no guidance about the heart medication, or the other meds prescribed. It's just a business to them. When I did not reschedule I got a call from a front office scheduler, shared my displeasure, asking her to pass this along and up. I never heard anything back. I frankly doubt it was ever transmitted, or if it was, it was ignored. Hope this helps someone out there.

Dr Lesnick was not only super understanding about my fears, she also was able to give me some tips to ease the reflex. As for the procedure itself it was a great success healing and inoffice care very easy and comfortable. Trust me, I'm the last person to rave about any type of oral surgery but Colorado Regional Oral Surgery was incredible from the office staff to the technical staff. I actually scheduled this surgery with another local oral surgeon and had a terrible experience starting at the consultation. So, I felt very blessed to have an entirely different and WAY better experience with Dr Lesnick. We were not informed at any point that we might be out-of-network despite providing our insurance information multiple times. We chose this dental practice because it appeared in-network with our insurance before my first visit in March 2025. My husband was also an existing patient from the prior dentist and continued care after the ownership change. We only received a bill for our 2025 visits in December, after we had made multiple visits and therefore incurred out-of-pockets costs without our knowledge. The office initially offered to split the costs 50/50 due to the insurance confusion, but later reversed that offer. Instead, they informed us that we actually had an additional outstanding bill (that they waived as their version of a fair compromise). That did not reflect the original resolution discussed. The core issue was the lack of clear communication about the change in insurance status and how this led to unexpected out-of-pockets costs.

I have received nothing but horrible customer service from this place. Every time I call for…read morebilling help, no one is in the office and there is never a manager available. This has happened multiple times and it honestly feels like they are just trying to keep my money. I have had to advocate for myself throughout this entire billing process. They attempted to charge me hidden fees that I later found out I did not even owe. They also refused to submit my bill to my health insurance, even after I explained that a portion of the cost could likely be covered under a specific code. Instead, I was left with a $500 out of pocket bill that could have potentially been reduced to around $50 if properly submitted. When I checked in, they collected both my dental and health insurance information but never actually billed my health insurance like they said they would. I was later told this is something they tell customers but do not follow through on. On top of that, they failed to charge me correctly upfront and then asked my significant other to pay a large portion of the bill while I was under anesthesia, which was completely inappropriate and due to their own mistake. There was also a lack of transparency from the beginning. I had to question a $400 charge just to understand what I was being asked to pay, while others were apparently informed right away, according to my significant other who was in the lobby. Communication has been extremely poor. I have been trying to get in touch with them since February with no success. No matter the day or time I call, no one is available to help, which is especially frustrating while working full time during their business hours. They recently told me they would follow up with me regarding the issue, and it has now been over a week with no response. Overall, the billing practices are unprofessional, disorganized, and not transparent. I would not recommend this place. On a positive note, the only good part of my experience was a dental assistant who mentioned she loves country music. She was very kind and genuinely helpful.
