My tooth isn't the same nearly two years after a routine filling by Dr. Rena Mollner. She talked throughout the entire procedure, even pausing what she was doing to continue her conversation. As a result I've had nerve pain in my tooth and I'm unable to eat normally with it. Dr. Nate Mollner attempted to pacify me in a follow up visit by telling me this is normal when a filling happens and it happened to him when his Dad did his filling as a kid, since a filling is only a stepping stone before you get more procedures! If this line of reasoning sounds like something you want from your dentist, this is your spot, sounds like it runs in the family. God knows what they're paying to get positive reviews, but I'm sure it's covered by the $300 plastic retainer they sell you. Don't go here!

The office wasn't fancy, just straightforward and welcoming. His wife Suzy was the best Hygienist I've ever had. I hated getting cleanings because of my sensitive teeth, I still don't know what it was that she did differently, but I actually enjoyed going to her! Nice family, great people. They are missed.

The space is very modern & so clean- I love the fresh plants & good music! Oh, and there's a TV on the ceiling above each chair so you can watch Netflix while you're getting cleaned. I love the texting system to remind you of appointments & ease of communicating with the office too! Dr. Greene is so kind, knowledgeable and relatable.. his patient care is focused & he takes time to understand your needs, build a relationship with his patients & he does excellent work - and at a good price. I had a small credit on my account and asked them to refund the credit to me. I was told they would charge me a $1 fee to mail me a refund check. How can you charge someone to refund their money?. They recommended an overly complicated crown to address an old filling. I was able to go to another dentist and get the filling replaced at a fraction of the cost....saving me thousands. That is ridiculous and Vero Dental is part of our crisis around the cost of healthcare and overcharging. I would definitely stear clear of Vero Dental.

One of the things I appreciate most is how much she genuinely cares about her patients. Whenever I've been nervous or questioned whether I really needed a certain procedure, she's never made me feel pressured. Instead, she walks me through all of my options, eases my mind, and helps me make the decision that's best for me. You can tell she truly has her patients' best interests at heart. The Dr. was able to get me into a crown appointment in 2 days, which was great. I was told the next day the dentist became ill and I would not be able to get in for a few weeks. They said they can look at the schedule and see if they can get me in... That also did not happen and I had to call to follow up on what they said they were going to do. I dunno for something emergent going on they are treating this absolutely not emergent. I hope I don't end up with endocarditis. I would love to try another place but given I just had x rays done here I'm already established I'm stuck. If this is how Dentists of Wash Park deals with their patients it seems like they truly don't care. I get it we all get sick, but the lack of urgency or wanting to follow up leaves me kinda not liking the moral of this business.

We were not informed at any point that we might be out-of-network despite providing our insurance information multiple times. We chose this dental practice because it appeared in-network with our insurance before my first visit in March 2025. My husband was also an existing patient from the prior dentist and continued care after the ownership change. We only received a bill for our 2025 visits in December, after we had made multiple visits and therefore incurred out-of-pockets costs without our knowledge. The office initially offered to split the costs 50/50 due to the insurance confusion, but later reversed that offer. Instead, they informed us that we actually had an additional outstanding bill (that they waived as their version of a fair compromise). That did not reflect the original resolution discussed. The core issue was the lack of clear communication about the change in insurance status and how this led to unexpected out-of-pockets costs.
