It's about as spicy as regular a nongshim spicy instant noodles. Bring somebody to share if you order ramen.. they only give you full size bowls. Overall it was good. I decided to give their ayce another try and this time I was pleasantly surprised. Everything tasted better, was out at a decent time, and the portions were proper. I also had a couple lychee margaritas that were amazing. But the problem this time was the service We weren't even greeted when we came in and our server didn't smile one time. I just wanted a little grab n go snack. So I came in and ordered Strawberry Boba, and the Chashu (steamed) pork buns. I like my boba pearls a lot softer and slightly warm. The pork in the bun was mostly fat and little softer than I would like. I wanna know it was pan seared at least for a quick second lol. The mayo sauce that was used was really tasty though. The young lady that helped me was extremely sweet and kind. The review is really 3 stars but getting 4 for effort, good service, and cute aesthetic inside lol. I'm really excited to see Danville on the come up, offering a variety of cuisines and shnacks. Is it the best? No, but it's def worth trying. We got the all you can eat menu option and there are so many choices. I highly recommend the ISO ISO ramen if you like somewhat spicy ramen. It had such a good flavor to it. Sushi was great. The decor is super cute as well. Very inviting. Staff was helpful and patient with us. read more

The ramen was wonderful. The flavor seemed infused into even the noodles. The catsu chicken was good as well. Very crispy. The rice, sadly, was very, very dry!!! It must have been sitting for some time. That was very disappointing. The soring rolls were excellent! Hot and crispy! This is a great restaurant, all around! The decor is very pretty and calming with pink cherry blossoms and foliage. I have been several times and tried quite a few items. Everything has been great! I've had vegetarian ramen, the tofu rice bowl, and the red snapper hibachi meal. My husband really liked the beef ramen, and my sister tried the sushi (tiger roll and crab meat roll). We've had the vegetable croquette and tofu bun appetizers a few times. Also, the boba is delicious! I usually get passion fruit. My family members like the brown sugar pearl milk tea. I love that you can specify how much sweetener and ice you want in your tea. They pack up the boba in bags that are easy to carry in your car/back home with you. I haven't tried the mochi donuts yet, but they look delicious every time I come here. read more

The food was fantastic! Very flavorful black garlic tonkatsu ramen. Sushi was fresh, dumplings were okay, mochi donuts were a new experience for us but a good sweet treat at the end. Not pictured was the Passion fruit with popping boba tea. Service was mediocre at best, the host was the most helpful of all the staff - her and the food is the reason we came back for a second visit. Best ramen spot until you hit Greensboro. ISO ISO is a wonderful addition to the restaurant landscape in Danville, and I much needed one. No where else can you get this close to authentic ramen in the area. The broth is very rich and flavorful. This is a major plus because it's the main draw to ramen, in my opinion. I've had the Black Tonkotsu and the Shoyu ramen so far. I prefer the Tonkotsu! I have a couple drawbacks from the ramen though. For one, there are not enough toppings in general unless you add a bunch of stuff I to it, which costs extra. You'd think a $15 bowl of ramen would have a good amount of toppings, but sadly it does not. Also the broth seems to be a little artificial with how rich and flavorful it is, at least in the Tonkotsu. This could just be me though, I dont know how it's made here. I have also had the boba tea twice now, having Thai milk tea both times. The first time, which was the opening day of the soft open, was a little lack luster. But the second try was much better and one of the better Thai milk teas I've had. Boba is cooked well and chewy too. Finally, on my second visit, I got to try one of the mochi donuts. I tried the be flavor which has fruity pebbles sprinkled on top. The donut was very chewy and delicious. Overall I love this place and will continue to come here frequently. read more
