The starter only lasted not even 2 months before it started making this horrible sound. I had previously bought a alternator from O'Reilly's auto parts for it put on this alternator left me stranded way out at Sangchris lake fishing miles and miles away from home. I didn't learn my lesson that time. I went back and bought the starter it didn't even make it 2 months before it was making that horrible sound.

Said "I'll be honest with you bro I don't know how to test a battery, I mean, it's our policy the battery has to be removed." I asked if he could remove it. Nope. There is always 1 person desperately trying to take care of everyone while you hear a group of people in just talking in the back. I usually order online to try and speed things up but am tired of having to wait 30 minutes just to pick up parts that have already been paid for. Or in yesterday's case they were "too busy to get ready" and asked me to come back today. Even if today's pickup goes smooth it will probably be my last. This place needs better management!
