I had a headlight out and agreed for them to replace it and they replaced it however, when I got back to my shop and went to see why I was smelling burnt oil I discovered that they didn't put all of the fasteners back in a piece of shielding they needed to remove to get to the headlight,they chose not to install four of them. There was only nine holding on the shield. They also for some reason, they decided to spill oil all over the top of my engine very disappointed with this service. read more

Came by a few weeks ago and Wade took great care of me! Dustin was my front man and Noel was under the van TCB (taking care of business)! I come for a lot of my oil changes because they work well for life on the go. When I see them I need the service right then and I get it, usually with a short wait. They're very thorough, explain recommendations well, and are always super friendly!! Really appreciate the knowledgeable and courteous staff! Sure they're more a little more expensive than Walmart or Friendly Chevrolet, but when you need great service right now they are perfect. Totally worth the price point. after my oil change, the filer leaked 1/2 qt in my garage. When I returned, they replaced the filer and topped off but refused to compensate me or to cut me a break on next service. now I have to clean up their mess and had to make a trip back down there and wait in line. they could have saved a customer but now I'll go elsewhere. also they stated, "we don't compensate because this happens". lol I'm 52 and have NEVER had a filter leak. even the filters I replaces myself. poor way to retain a customer. Nice to be able get an oil Change in less than 20 minutes, vs using the dealership and being over an hour and half. Wade was/is attentive to Customer. Does the suggestI've selling that is a good idea, since most people only think about the oil Change, but accepts when you only need\want an oil Change this time. Excellent service. Everything thoroughly explained upfront. Quick service. Very professional and appear they know what they are doing. Will tell you what your car may need such as flush and fill, transmission fluid changed. The price for each service is printed out and given to the customer. no pressure. I went there to get an oil change for my car and they tried to charge me $126.00. I drive a 2014 jetta Volkswagen which does to synthectic oil. however, this is still an absurd price. I went to an oil changing place just 10 min away and it was 40 bucks cheaper. do not go here they will rip you off. read more

My warning light came on telling me I needed on oil change on a Sunday before a road trip. I pulled in to Valvoline cuz they were open in a Sunday morning. I told them there price was a little higher than I was used to paying. So they matched my usual place. I like I didn't have to get out of my car while I waited. Also, they walked me thru everything without a "high pressure" upsell. Courteous, friendly, professional and fast They will now get my business on a regular basis Highly recommended !! read more

They are extremely overpriced for an oil change. It cost me $91.00 for an oil change and it would have cost extra for a tire rotation. After I left there, I called Friendly Chevrolet to see what their price was for an oil change and I was quoted $69.99 for the exact same synthetic blend oil and an oil change. This price includes a tire rotation, taxes and fees. Next time I will go to Friendly Chevrolet even though I might have to make an appointment and wait a little longer. The price difference is well worth it. read more

This oil change station is easily accessible and the customer waiting area is clean. The person running the counter is friendly. However.... The people running the oil change are a little unfriendly. There is nothing to do in the waiting area, no TV, etc which has become quite common. They don't let you drive into the station which is a little odd. They do clean my windshield which I appreciate.
