I had the pleasure of working with Megan (She's an amazing person and therapist) and Jesse (Who is also really great).

I highly recommend Bethesda Physiocare. It is well run and includes state of the art equipment…read more Even more important is the phenomenal care we have received from Arona Diop. My son is a competitive swimmer who has Ehlers Danlos. As a former athlete with EDS, Arona knows exactly how to treat this. My son felt understood for the first time in his life after meeting with Arona. From the exercises, dry needling, massage and extensive education about his condition, everything about his treatment plan has been truly excellent. My son suffered a fractured vertebra this year and once again, Arona was there to explain exactly what he needed to do to fully recover. Arona was invaluable in keeping my son optimistic about his recovery and guiding him on exactly what he needed to do. My son is excited to see Arona and to follow his treatment plan because he says, "Arona has been through a lot with me and has always been right." I have started seeing Arona for my own long term back pain because after seeing how he helped my son, it would be hard for me to go back to any other PT.

Bethesda Physiocare offers precisely this kind of experience, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have found it. I had had dry needling in the past (as a part of my previous PT program) and was looking for someone to provide this service exclusively. After reading reviews, I decided to make an appointment with Noelle. My experience with her over these past few weeks has been nothing short of amazing. She is an exceptionally skilled provider who is clearly an expert in her field. Because of her breadth of experience and extraordinary needling skills, I always felt at ease and am now feeling SO much better than when I first came to see her. And she is just an overall lovely person who you can tell truly cares about her patients. The office is bright, clean, easily accessible and modern. I cannot recommend this practice, and specifically Noelle, highly enough. You will truly be in the best and most competent of hands.

Back when I was living in Maryland, I would go here once a week for PT to help out with ongoing…read moresports injuries that I had from football & rugby. And let me tell you, it was incredibly helpful!! After each session I had with Elizabeth (Liz) Karhl, I always left feeling better with looser muscle tissue, additional bone mobility & better physical range of bodily motion. Having been to several different PT providers in Maryland, it is my opinion that Precision PT is the best. I think this because I saw Liz after seeing a doctor about my shoulder injury, and when the doctor said everything looked good (it didn't feel that way at all), Liz was able to diagnose the actual cause of my shoulder pain, and through manual treatment, help fix the issue. So if you're looking to improve your physical health or simply want another opinion on how PT can help fix an injury, pick up the phone and give Liz a call!!

I found this little gym about a year ago because I was unsatisfied with other gyms I have belonged…read moreto in the Bethesda/Rockville area (Fitness First and Gold's). I really liked the fact that you do not need to sign a contract with Precision and although they offer monthly memberships, you can also buy class cards, which is good for me since I am not an extremely structured exerciser. Also, they offer both fitness classes, equipment, and physical therapy, which appealed to me since I've had multiple injuries the past few years that have been affecting my activity level. Precision is in one of the office parks in the Rockledge area and is nothing fancy in terms of its looks and doesn't fall into the category of a "bargain gym," but the classes I've been to (spin, yoga, and pilates reformer) are FABULOUS and are worth every penny! They are challenging, and the instructors really pay attention to what you are doing and make an effort to introduce themselves to new people in their classes, learn your name, and help you adjust as needed to really perform the exercises correctly. They are also great about asking if you have any injuries that limit some of your movements and help you modify as needed. Besides the great classes, the people who attend the classes are much friendlier than in any gym I've belonged to EVER, which is pretty refreshing. The only down side is they do not offer too much in the evenings in terms of classes...so I am trying my best to become a morning exerciser. It's probably better for me anyways to get it out of the way first thing in the day :)
