They love the science behind what it is they do, and use it to heal your body. Dry needling, blading, assisting your body to move incrementally with support, even massage -- they use a wide range of tools from their expansive toolkit based on what your body needs. I especially enjoyed the explanations from Dr. Ho to my endless questions about what he was doing and why it works. His mastery of anatomy, physiology, and PT was evident every time I went. With just a few touches, Ho could pinpoint exactly where my pain was and address it appropriately. 2. The support staff is competent, helpful, and friendly. Ora and Justin were encouraging and provided excellent guidance for my exercises. Scheduling and billing was easy and pleasant. While I am not in need of PT now, I will be a client for life and will hightail it back to Rockville Physical Therapy the next time I do.

Sometimes the adjustment relieves my pain within one session but I usually do regular maintenance appointments since my insurance covers it. About 2 years ago, I had really bad foot pain, it took several Piezowaze Therapy appointments to help finally fix it (about 6ish months of every other week appointments). And the pain hasn't come back ever since. When Hena was added to the team, it made this practice even better. Prior to Hena, Dr. Lee did dry acupuncture too but just a little bit and mostly focusing on where I tell him the problem area is. Now that Hena was added. It's not always focused on pain, sometimes if I tell her that my brain fog is particularly high that day or I'm having alot of anxiety, she is able to do certain acupuncture points that helps with that. One particular day, my anxiety level was pretty high, and whatever point she hit, I weirdly felt instantly blissed out haha. That's the first time I felt that with acupuncture. I was very relaxed that day. The blissed out feeling doesn't always happen, but I definitely trust her. She also introduced me to cupping and I am now obsessed with it. I never knew anything about it before, and it's crazy how much it actually helps relieve my back tension and how it detoxes the body. Overall happy with this practice and always look forward to coming in as a part of my self-care and health maintenance.

I always enjoy working with her and find I learn something new every time. Chiros like any other body worker have their own unique touch. Dr. D is muscular, with an athletic build, but a gentle touch. I didn't think much of it, but decided to get a deep tissue massage. Suddenly I found myself in severe pain whenever I was sitting. The nerve pain was so disabling that I had to carry a pillow everywhere. Sitting at my desk was impossible. Carrying a pillow into a meeting was embarrassing. Going out to dinner was a sacrifice. I became more and more reclusive. In my search for help, I miraculously found a book that lead me to a retreat with others suffering the same pain. I went all the way to Big Sur California for three days. There I was treated internally by a physical therapist who understood pelvic floor pain. Upon my return home, I went on a search to locate a therapist with the same understanding. I was blessed to find Miriam Graham, founder of Restore Motion in North Bethesda, MD. After suffering for two years, my condition began to resolve. It wasn't a quick fix. Nerves are the slowest things to heal in our bodies. I went to therapy with Miriam two times a week and continued for many months. My pelvic floor needed retraining to stop the muscles from re-tightening. I have been pain free for years now. I can sit anywhere on anything. No more pillows. This is a complicated condition. Miriam is an expert in this arena that few PT's know much about. Her work allowed me to return to a normal life.

I met with Patrick, who talked with me for half an hour really inquiring in depth about my pain and limited range. He then worked with me and made some adjustments, and I walked away feeling some relief for the first time in years after my very first session. After seeing him once a week for 6 weeks, I am pain free and have almost 100% range of motion restored. I feel as if the other clinics I visited were treating a cough when I had pneumonia. Patrick got to the crux of the problem and treated me accordingly. I cannot rave enough about this place.

And let me tell you, it was incredibly helpful!! After each session I had with Elizabeth (Liz) Karhl, I always left feeling better with looser muscle tissue, additional bone mobility & better physical range of bodily motion. Having been to several different PT providers in Maryland, it is my opinion that Precision PT is the best. I think this because I saw Liz after seeing a doctor about my shoulder injury, and when the doctor said everything looked good (it didn't feel that way at all), Liz was able to diagnose the actual cause of my shoulder pain, and through manual treatment, help fix the issue. So if you're looking to improve your physical health or simply want another opinion on how PT can help fix an injury, pick up the phone and give Liz a call!!

I really liked the fact that you do not need to sign a contract with Precision and although they offer monthly memberships, you can also buy class cards, which is good for me since I am not an extremely structured exerciser. Also, they offer both fitness classes, equipment, and physical therapy, which appealed to me since I've had multiple injuries the past few years that have been affecting my activity level. Precision is in one of the office parks in the Rockledge area and is nothing fancy in terms of its looks and doesn't fall into the category of a "bargain gym," but the classes I've been to (spin, yoga, and pilates reformer) are FABULOUS and are worth every penny! They are challenging, and the instructors really pay attention to what you are doing and make an effort to introduce themselves to new people in their classes, learn your name, and help you adjust as needed to really perform the exercises correctly. They are also great about asking if you have any injuries that limit some of your movements and help you modify as needed. Besides the great classes, the people who attend the classes are much friendlier than in any gym I've belonged to EVER, which is pretty refreshing. The only down side is they do not offer too much in the evenings in terms of classes...so I am trying my best to become a morning exerciser. It's probably better for me anyways to get it out of the way first thing in the day :)
