When we finally decided to withdraw our daughter after several difficult months, the process was particularly challenging. We submitted our withdrawal notice one day later than the contract required (on a Sunday rather than Saturday). While I acknowledge that this was our oversight, the financial impact was in the thousands of dollars, and the school was unwilling to make any accommodation. Discussions with the primary director, assistant head, head of school, and eventually the owner all reinforced the sense that policies were rigid and prioritized the business side over the child's well-being or the family's situation. I later spoke with another parent who had a very similar experience regarding withdrawal fees, which made me realize this was not an isolated case. To be fair, there are dedicated teachers at Arbor, and I know some children do well there. Somehow I kept not getting called because they didn't have enough space ok cool, she ended up going to the ECEAP program so daycare was no longer needed besides after school which she still had not been picked to go to daycare there claiming there was no space still. In January of 2022 I had my son, I had waited until after summer when I was done healing from my C-section enough to walk again I tried to get my son up for this daycare in November but of 2022 and they told me there was no space and the waiting list was long, try again next month. I called in December and they finally said they had an opening and he would be able to attend the day of or after his first birthday. I was excited thought I was going to finally get a chance to work and be able to provide for my kids properly. Once I called them in January to double check things, they told me they lost their teacher for the 1yr old class and was waiting to find a new one, so as soon as they do I was supposed to receive a call. I never got a call, so I called back the next month checking to see what's going on? They told me my son was no longer on the list and that I had to go back on the waiting list. Of course I was furious because how long do I have to wait now? Let a few months go by, summer rolled around I tried again to check his status, they told me he was not on the list AGAIN so I had to put him on the list now for the 3rd time. Today I call to check his status and guess what? Lol HES NOT ON THE WAITING LIST AGAIN AND I HAVE TO BE PLACED AGAIN ON ANOTHER WAITING LIST, just to NOT receive a call or any heads up of what's going on. I'd be fine being on a waiting list as long as the communication is together and I actually receive a call. But no, there's no sense of courtesy at all, not once has my son been set to a higher priority considering the fact that the screwup was and has always been on their end and not mine. Why is no one communicating with each other about this stuff? And why is this stuff not being written down or documented so there's proof instead of just making me feel like shit every time I get off the phone with this place. I just want to be able to provide for my kids, I don't have help with baby sitters, I don't barely have family out here. I've went to college and graduated just to not be able to work at all. There are no signs nor contact numbers to call at 7:30am, including the instructors. I wandered around Evergreen speedway for an hour (I arrived at 7:15am) looking for a "green roof building" and a "guard house", both of which are on the opposite side of the property from the address that is on the website. No "WMST class (this way)" signs, no pictures of the building to meet in front of on the website, literally nothing to help someone who's never been to Evergreen Speedway. By the time I found them (which took asking three different people before I got the correct answer), I was 45 minutes past the class start time (after driving an hour to get there in the first place) and was turned away. I then proceeded to spend another hour and a half in the car driving home against I-405 traffic. The instructor was apologetic (and promised I could reschedule without further cost), and I appreciate that this isn't specifically anyone's fault, but it is *extremely* poor planning on the part of WMST. I just passed my 3-wheel Vehicle Riding Course (Basic Sidecar/Trike Course) and I couldn't have…read morebeen more excited! It was 2 days of class that ran from 8am - 6pm. The morning half consisted of classroom time and the afternoon half was riding time. Don't be late! We learned quite a bit on safety and the capabilities of these 3-wheeled vehicles. There were quite a few models of Can-am Spyders and Rykers, as well as Trikes and motorcycles with sidecars. We were able to try out any we wanted. Both the written and riding tests are given on the 2nd day. Lee and Ray are wonderful instructors! They both had a great sense of humor and kept us engaged in the classroom. Their teaching style just works and I vastly improved in the 2 days of class. I had so much fun! I highly recommend class with the both of them. I did get my 2-wheel motorcycle endorsement from this location back in 2009. I took the (BRC) Basic Riders Course as well as the Additional Riding Session. They will hold the class no matter what the weather is so be prepared. I recall taking my BRC class during winter and the rain was horizontal with the parking lot filled with water. It definitely made it interesting when it came down to testing. If you're thinking of getting on a 2-wheel or 3-wheel vehicle but have never ridden before or have experience and just want to get your endorsement, this is the place to go.

They teach little kids reading and math, but most importantly, how to make friends with each other and be kind and supportive to each others, which in my perspective, is one of the most important values I would teach my children as well. The manager, Ms. Julie, is super responsive and flexible to accommodate our family need. For example, the school provide spring/summer camps, Chinese classes, PE, keyboard, dance classes you can sign your kids up. All and all, we are very happy with our experience at Spectrum and are grateful for all the love and care my children received during their time there.
