The interiors are fashioned after old European cafes. Very charming! We had the Bacon and egg bagel sandwich, the Spanish avocado toast, a cafe con leche and a mocha latte. The husband said his bagel sandwich was good, not great and could be better if the egg was seasoned. He loved his coffee. My mocha latte was good, could be better if the ratio of the chocolate was increased just a smidgen. But I was absolutely blown away by the Spanish avocado toast! What a delicious combination of quality Spanish chorizo, guacamole, boiled egg slices and onions! It was hands down the best thing I've had for breakfast in years! Offered the husband a bite and he concurred. If not for anything else, we'd definitely return for just this one dish. LOL! Highly recommend trying the Spanish avocado toast at Buchito. We had to ask several questions, and it felt like that was met with frustration rather than helpfulness. The wait time for our food was also quite long. While we were waiting, a few regular customers came in, and it was clear they received much warmer service and even got their orders before we did. Overall, it wasn't a great experience, and it didn't feel very welcoming to new customers. Unfortunately, I don't plan on returning.
