The girl at the front desk was very kind and did her best to help, but no one was available in person, so she called Darin for assistance. Once Darin found out that I already had a contractor who had run my gas line, his tone immediately changed. He became dismissive, rude, and flat-out disrespectful. Very unpleasant place and lack of professionalism. I'm genuinely surprised this business continues to operate with customer service like this.
