I had the misfortune to have to go through Florida probate. The law firm representing me sent seven…read moredocuments through E-mail requesting a signature, and in two of the seven documents, they required a notary's signature as well. Being a retiree, I am without tech backup, and I didn't want to pay for Adobe Acrobat software to open a pdf file, so I took my issue to Pack and Post. Crystal and Donna took it from there. They were able to process my E-mail docs, open them up, print them, get all signatures, scan the docs again, and E-mail them back not only to me but to the law firm as well. I had pictured an entire day running here and there, and the whole process at Pack and Post took less than a half hour. The price was very reasonable, and I will go back again. This business is truly a gem in the Homosassa, Florida community. I highly recommend their services!

I have learned the hard way to get things in writing as I only dealt with Movers One by telephone…read more While the manager Tim was accommodating in moving my move date cause by hurricane IAN, I was only advised based on what I said I had in furniture and boxes to move from my deceased mothers studio apartment at Grand Living it would take about 4 hours and the rate was $100 an hour and there would be 2 movers. On the date of move 3 movers arrived. They loaded and unloaded in about 2 hours. I was presented a bill for $420 including a gas surcharge. They chose to send an additional mover and at this point I was told the minimum was 4 hours by Tim on speakerphone whom had quite an attitude. The actual movers, Ryan, Alex, and Bri were kind and efficient. Tim handled the situation very poorly and unprofessionally/argumentative. I felt both deceived and uncomfortable. I was never told of a minimum or a surcharge. I felt I was taken advantage of in a vulnerable state. I paid them $400 cash to get them to leave and will never deal again with or recommend Movers One.
