This ice cream stand is located inside the Hyatt. You either have to pay through the nose to park (no validation) or you can do what I did and park across the street in the lot for Outback and Red Robin and walk over. Either way, it's not worth the trouble. I came one evening after hearing that they served good ice cream and gelato. The young woman working here was pleasant and gave me large scoops in a cup of the two flavors I chose, Espresso and Nutella. I took a seat in the lobby area of the hotel. Both scoops were very creamy. The espresso was very disappointing with a flavor so light it was barely there. It looked like there were microscopic pieces of expresso beans mixed in but it did nothing to help my tasteless scoop. The Nutella was the opposite, great flavor with streaks of Nutella ribboned throughout. The only reason I'd try this place again is if I were staying here at the hotel. Probably more like 2 stars but I'm feeling generous at the moment.

The place is sort of hard to find but it's inside the Hyatt Regency. The lady that helped us was very welcoming, nice, and gave us samples. I ordered a double scoop; Espresso and Nutella. The espresso was bomb very strong and creamy and can also taste pieces of the espresso beans. Nutella had chunks of chocolates it was a little too sweet for me but still good. The only thing is you have to pay for parking. We were only there for 5 minutes and the parking turned out to be $8. They don't validate so if you can; I would just park on the curb and put your emergency lights on if you just plan on buying gelato/ice cream.

I am not usually a fan of Milk Tea, but that was there only Boba option. I got the lavender milk tea boba and when i tell you that this is the first time I finished a boba milk tea and enjoyed every last sip, i'm serious. Our servers were super nice and kind and one of them even had small talk with us while the other prepared my drink. The place was very clean and very cute. I really liked the seats which happened to be swings! Planning on getting gelato here later this evening based on the wonderful sample they provided! 4 stars!

Their selection. A lot of good options.

They have some great gourmet flavors of ice cream. You can tell that they are using real ingredients, not just flavorings. They're variety is perfect for a unique and enjoyable experience. Also, I had a red velvet cake and it surprised me. Usually cake is way too sweet for me, but they made it with a mild sweetness that made it great for an evening snack without getting sugar sickness. The two people that were working there were very kind and patient. I'm glad I stopped by.

I heard from my friend that there is a new ice cream shop that opened inside the hotel that has a 3D show. Out of all the flavors they had, I liked the coconut sorbet, and it had coconut flakes! Another flavor I liked was the nutella gelato, and the workers said it was their most popular. The parking was a bit difficult cause you have to pay for the parking, though.

Nice to have a Gelato spot inside the Hyatt Hotel. Guy who helped me out was friendly and really hooked it up with big scoops of Gelato's. Hell for something that's inside the hotel it tasted amazing.

I paid $6.50 for a "Milk Shake", the cup was full of ice, large cubed ice, not crushed. Maybe 1/4 scoop of gelato which was tasty. Served running down outside of cup. It took 5 minutes to prepare and was in a blender twice, still huge cubes.

Great service and the flavors were fantastic but definitely would consider it ice cream instead of gelato.

Gelato is very good. Service a bit weird but ok. Ambiance is just in a hotel lobby ... accessible for everyone.

Very expensive for average gelato and cake. You have to park in hotel parking and pay $8 too.

We went for dinner and ordered a large pizza: half Big Kahuna for my husband and half Brooklyn Bridge for my son and me, along with a glass of wine for me and a beer for the boys. We grabbed a table outside on the nice little patio, which made for a perfect evening. Well... my husband immediately started eating my half of the pizza and loved it so much that we ended up ordering another large pie -- yes, another Brooklyn Bridge -- and not a single slice was left by the end of the night. The crust alone deserves recognition: easily one of the best-tasting pizza crusts we've had. I've heard the gelato is top notch, but after the boys demolished two large pizzas, dessert was simply not happening. We'll definitely be back soon to try the New York Bagel Deluxe. The short rib lasagna sounds amazing, too! Service was top notch -- very friendly and welcoming staff -- and it's great that they offer both indoor and patio seating. Highly recommend!

Pros: fresh ingredients, tasty pizza, yummy Caesar salad and dressing…read more Cons: super soggy crust, tip machine starts at 20%, lettuce a little wilted, but not brown. I find it absolutely insane that a FAST-CASUAL restaurant would START THE LOWEST tipping button at 20%. The only thing the staff does for service is bring the food to your table and bus afterwards. You get your own utensils, your own drink and refills, and you order at the counter. The audacity of starting the tipping buttons at 20% for that is insane. It's part of a greedy mindset that turns me off from any fast -casual business that would do this. And that's asking for a minimum of 20% off a fairly expensive meal. I don't blame the restaurant for that. Everything is expensive these days, but I certainly wouldn't call the food a value, just on the expensive side of fair.

I was originally tempted to stay for churros, but the girls wanted to explore the Packing House, and this turned out to be a great choice! After walking around and checking out all the dessert options, we came back to Parfait Paris. Everything in the display case looked beautiful, making it hard to decide. I ordered the Káiser, and it was as pretty as it was delicious. The combination of marzipan and fresh strawberries was unique, balanced, and not overly sweet. It was freshly made, beautifully presented, and definitely satisfied my sweet tooth. Everyone in our group enjoyed their desserts, and it was the perfect way to end a graduation celebration. The staff was friendly, the desserts came out quickly, and the quality was excellent. If you're visiting the Anaheim Packing House and looking for a delicious dessert or a sweet treat after dinner, Parfait Paris is absolutely worth stopping by. We'll definitely be back!

I also didn't appreciate the attitude given when we asked for separate boxes for this and a slice of cake. Mismatched curtains everywhere, 2 fish tanks that were straight up brown and green and looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a yr, and sus couches just scattered around for no reason.
