This was my first time at this location. First off there's loads of parking as it's part of a big strip mall. That's a plus. Compared to others, it's pretty much similar in sizes with a lot that I've been too. They do have a decent amount of tables right in the middle of the cafe. I don't know if they ever have outdoor seating as there's spots but no tables were out when I arrived. But it still pretty decent. Right when you walk in, to the left is where the trays and things are for the pastries. Along the left wall is the counters and displays of the pastries. Glass counters along the wall and once you get closer to the front, there's the fridge with more pastries. Right in-front straight to the back of the place is where the register is as well as the whole cakes and cake slices. In the middle of the place is where the tables are. I arrived around 4 in the afternoon and there was still a good amount of pastries. I'm not sure how often the cases get refilled or how often throughout the day it gets filled. What they did have was quite nice. Pricewise, it somewhat reasonable with some items pretty pricey for what they were. But it's a given for sweets nowadays. The whole cake displays were quite nice. I've had a few before and price wise it was decent. Also, their cake slices were good. I did pick up a good selection of the pastries, a lot of fruit one. And a couple slices of cakes. Everything came up to short of 65.00 for the order. Tastes test. After picking them up, we didn't actually have them until a couple of hours later. Even room temperature which I prefer, they were a great. The cream was soft and pastries weren't soggy. Cakes still were moist and flavorful. Also, the biggest issue with pastries, the fruits tends to be soggy but these were still tasty and not mushy. That's a major plus when it comes to a lot of the tarts, it was still nice. This is located in the "elbow" of the H-Mart retail plaza. I found my fave pastry here: pineapple cranberry. It's like a bread pudding that has a brullee top. Inside there are soft tender hunks of bread that is fluffy and moist. It feels like they mixed it with a custard or something. So freaking GOOOOOOD! I've been visiting this location for a couple years now. I'm mainly there for a quick grab-n-go coffee and sometimes pastries. Parking: This spot is located in a plaza with a large parking lot. Plenty of parking spots; usually easy to find. Ambiance/Environment: They have a medium sized space with booth and table seating. It's a warm setting. It can be studious, but I'd say it's more so a social environment. The tables and seating can use an hourly cleaning. The tables are sticky majority of the time, and the seats have crumbs on them. The pastries and cakes are beautifully displayed along the left side of the wall. It does get empty mid-day and towards the end of day. Not sure how often they restock the pastries, but it could use some work during the day. Service: It truly depends on who's working. Some workers are nice and efficient while other workers can improve on their professionalism. A few examples: a worker at the register did not say one word, took my order, and that was it. When you order a drink, they usually bring the drink to you. The same worker placed my drink on the table and again, did not say anything. I was looking the other direction and did not realize my drink was on the table. Another worker left mid transaction while I was ordering to assist another customer that rudely cut the line. There's also an inconsistency with how their drinks are made. Again, depending on who's working, your drink can either taste good or bad. There can be a language barrier at times, but majority of them understand and speak English. Drinks, pastries, & cakes: Drinks - 99% of my visits are for my coffee fix before work. I enjoy trying their seasonal drinks. I love lattes, and every season I always try the newest latte. Again, depends on who's working, the drink can either taste good or bad. From my experience, majority of the time my drinks come out exactly how I prefer it. Not overly sweet, flavored, and strong with caffeine. Other times, it can be too milky, lack of flavors, or not strong. Pastries - I love their pastries. Presentation is always on point, and it tastes even better than it looks. The Ham & Cheese, Smoked Sausage Bread, and Curry Croquette are my favorite savory pastries, especially when they're warmed up. Their sweet pastries are fresh and tastes delicious. My go-to is the Strawberry Croissant. Cakes - The cakes are limited, so I recommend purchasing one asap. The designs are very cute. The variety of flavors are appealing. Their Red Velvet Cake is my family's go-to on occasions. Their Cappuccino Cake is the most decorative and definitely tastes exactly as described. From the cakes we've tried so far, they aren't too dry or overly sweet. Pricing: Highly recommend joining their rewards app for points and monthly coupons. I only visit when they send out coupons. Typically stop by here for a snack after a grocery shopping trip at Aldi next door and PB never disappoints! Really enjoyed their new items, the Dubai pistachio mochi donut was good and the Dubai matcha pistachio latte (Kinda heavy but really tasty). I also needed a Pistachio Strawberry cake, ordered over the phone and they were very kind to hold it for me. The cake is super good by the way! Very good pistachio flavor and not overly sweet! They don't have many breads and they were heavily invested in their Croissant sections but somewhat lacking in authentic Korean pastries such as Gombo Pan, Milky Toasts, Salad Pan, Sweet Potato Filled pastries. This location is conveniently located in The Promenade center. There is a lot of parking right in front of the store. The staff are very nice and fast with orders. The store is well organized and it smells great with cakes and coffee. I really like their rainbow and blueberry chiffon cakes. They are always fresh, moist and delicious. First time here actually. I've passed by this placed a few times but never tried it. My partner came in for the iced coffee as an offering at the cemetery for a deceased loved one. They confirmed it was the real Vietnamese coffee although it was named differently. The decor in the place well decorated. The ambiance and motif was pretty nice. I stopped by this location on a Friday evening, hoping to grab a pastry and enjoy it there. Unfortunately, there was very little selection left, this is actually the second time I've visited and found the same issue, which is disappointing for a Friday. What really stood out this time, though, was that someone appeared to be sleeping inside on one of the seating areas. The person looked homeless and didn't have any food or drink on the table. The staff didn't seem to mind or address the situation at all. Because of that, we decided to take our pastry to go instead of eating in. I think the staff should be a bit more attentive to what's happening inside the café, and it would be great if they kept a better stock of pastries later in the day, especially at the start of the weekend. read more

The sliced bread is delicate, quality loads of raisin bread, milk bread, and maybe a whole-grain variety. The pastries are unique and beautifully crafted. So I've been here a few times and at this point I'm going back for the pastries. The coffee, at least for me, is very simple. It doesn't excite me. I enjoy flavor and not the strong taste of coffee so if you enjoy dark coffee this might be the place for you! The store is always so clean and I have stayed to eat inside and I've enjoyed it because I don't feel like I'm eating somewhere where is regularly cleaned. Perfect place to get pastries! I tried the Cheese Pastry Frank and an egg tart while my friend got the Very Berry Pastry and a macaron. I thought the hot dog was really good. The outside is flaky and gave an interest texture when combined with the hot dog. It also had a hint of sweetness to it which was really nice and different. However, I didn't really like the egg tart. The custard egg part was good but I wished it didn't have a flaky crust. It was a bit too crispy and I prefer the traditional soft crust for egg tarts. My friend enjoyed everything she got and regularly orders the two items. We also tried the matcha latte and hot chocolate from here and it was super warm and delicious to have with the pastries.
