I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE! I took my iphone 6 plus for a battery replacement and black screen. the guy told me to pick up the phone in an hour and then it wasn't ready. I had to leave it till the next day. I called the next day and the guy(Rick) told me to go pick up my phone and it was non repairable. I took it to another place for a second opinion at UBREAKAKIFIX and here they fixed it. they explained what was the problem and the parts it needed at a reasonable price. So stay away from this place it should be called WE CAN'T FIX IT! when I picked up my iphone it had some parts missing, I saw my phone different on the screen. I dropped off an IPod 5th generation on a Tues and i paid upfront. I was never told when it would be ready except they would call. I called Tues evening and Weds not ready. I called Thurs no answer after 4 calls, I called Friday blew up their phone no answer. I called as I was parking to show up and still no answer. I walked in and asked for my money and iPod back. My husbands phone fell (iPhone 6s) and completely shattered. It was pretty damaged and I had initially taken it to a place that was charging me $300 for repair and replacement of the front and rear camera. So then I stumbled on this place through Yelp. Initially the wait time for repair was two hours, that later turned into the following day at 11am. I wasn't too rushed for time so it didn't bother me. But I could've been called instead of having to walk in and find out the damage hadn't been repaired. 11am today, one of the cameras still isn't working. So they offered to research the issue and asked me to come back later. My husband was with me this time and asked to take the phone as is. I'm satisfied with the price. I understand the camera issue is complicated, but I think the communication between customer and shop could be tweeked. Overall, friendly and economic. I would definitely return. read more

Because of defective parts that he had, Rick had to go get more parts so that he could fix my phone. Price was cheap for an iPad screen repair ($95). But you get what you pay for. The screen wasn't well sealed to the frame. I went back to get it corrected within two days since it's under warranty, but all they did was add some adhesive glue to the lifted areas which ended up messy. Didn't fix the issue. I just got a case for it since I didn't want to waste more time trying to have them fix it and they weren't going to take the screen off to redo it. I would've gladly taken the iPad somewhere else for another $50 more. read more

SOOO disappointed with everyone at this unprofessional place. Rick and Nick make me sick!!! They are liars and money-hungry hustlers, and they don't care one single bit about customer service, reliability or making their customers happy. Cracked my phone screen very bad on Saturday, SIX DAYS AGO. Called several times from noon-one pm on Saturday afternoon and no answer on their Google phone. Stupid Google phone. So I was desperate because portions of the cracked glass fell off of the phone so I take a chance and go by the place...which is no where near where I live or do anything. I show up and wait outside, along with another customer, for OVER AN HOUR. Nick finally shows up and says he was late to work. Yeah, ya think? He calls Rick, which is who I dealt with last time, and Rick says he will pick up my particular phone part and be back in one hour and it will be $125. I agree, leave and come back FOR A SECOND TIME one hour later. Rick is there. Is my phone screen/replacement glass? NO!!! He seemed very apologetic and said he would give me the same new part on Monday for $85 and even wrote me a promissory receipt. Ok, I wait two days and call him on Monday. Meanwhile, I can't use my phone for anything, which sucks because it's pretty much my lifeline for everything that exists in the world. So I call on Monday (he says the screens he picked up are defective...a total lie), I call on Tuesday (he isn't there and Robert says he will have him call me on Wednesday, I call on Wednesday morning/afternoon when I don't hear from him and Nick tells me he is in Riverside and that he has really had my phone screen/glass there in the iphone6 plus size, but that he won't give me the new one unless I pay $130 and that he is looking for some "refurbished" item for me instead. I have waited on you jokers for a week and been inconvenienced by coming there twice and calling countless times and you lie straight to my face and I have to hear from your coworker that you aren't planning on giving me what I was promised after all that you put me through? I took my MacBook Pro here to upgrade my hard drive and switch out my memory cards from 4 gb to 8gb. I took it in on 8/28/20 and the owner Ricardo said it would be done on Monday 8/31/20. I called him on 9/2/20 to follow up on the status of my laptop he stated he was transferring the data from my old hard drive to the new one and that he would call me when it was done. 9/8/20 I still had not received a call so I called and asked about my laptop he stated that I could pick it up on Wednesday at any time. 9/9/20 I go to the shop at 10:30am he says he still needs to put the computer back together and asks for me to give him 1 hour to put it back together and that he would give me a call if it was done sooner. I went back to the store at 1pm well over an hour after my first attempt and he had not bothered to put my laptop back together. I requested my laptop back which he gave to me and no work had been done what so ever. This owner does not keep his word so don't bother doing any jobs here. He is rude and tries to belittle you. Took in iPhone 6s Plus to replace screen & front camera, I requested a quote the day before & received a quote even before they opened. $80 for both. Beat all other quotes I had gotten. Next day I dropped it off at 1:00 and was asked to return at the time indicated on the ticket which was 2:00. I returned right at 2:00 and low & behold it was ready. Workmanship was on point, camera working great, used to be yellow and a bit blurry. Now is clear and in focus. Screen is as good as new. Fell impressed to the reviews so I had to try this place out to replace my cracked iPhone 6 screen but unfortunately I wasn't over all satisfied. It was $110 plus a $9 tax. Ouch. A week or so later the screen started coming off the phone. Not to mention during installation the guys finger prints stained and blurred the front camera so now the front camera is ultimately blurry.... My keyboard and phone basically go haywire now since the screen is practically falling off. It would've came out cheaper if I just had went to T-Mobile to replace my screen in that case. Now I know. I don't know why this place has bad reviews. My experience with them was amazing. My IPhone 6+ screen was completely destroyed. Walked in the store yesterday around 5:30, came out around 5:50. Ralph was very friendly and in under 15 minutes fixed my phone!! It looks brand new! I am extremely happy with their service, the price they quoted me from the beginning was the price I paid.
