And this "date base" of yours is non-existent, you guys didn't even ask for my name or anything beyond my phone number to call me when my phone was ready. Please don't make me a liar here by saying you have no such name on your "data base" and that it was another store that I'm speaking of. I will say this, it's possible that you don't purposely not fix the issue so that the customer can return. Located on the corner of Crenshaw Bl and Artesia Bl in Torrance in the small center parking is small and tight and fills up when all the businesses are opened. Came here to have them remove the battery out of my old IPhone 4. Yes 4 I keep it for nostalgia reasons and it's part of my IPhone library of the past phones I've used/have. I have almost every iPhone from the 3s to the 15 Pro. The battery was expanding in the 4 and I wanted to remove it for safety reasons. It took about a hour since they had a couple of customers before me. Overall experience was good and i would come back again if any of my older phone's battery starts to expand up. read more

The main reason I why I went there was because my Pixel 6 Pro screen broke due to my 1 yr old. He was able to fix it with an aftermarket screen for $150. I just waited until the hours of the operation said open at nine it is now 10:37 AM and I am here getting my phone fixed he already gave me an estimate of how much is gonna cost already paid for my screen the beautiful thing was that it was two options of screen repairs that's what I did likeand he told me right off the back that my button was broken on my iPhone. I searched on google for a local iPhone repair shop (they do Android phones as well) and found this place. I cracked my iPhone 11 screen REALLY bad on a Saturday night (don't ask) so I brought it in Sunday afternoon. Omar (and Moe) were very friendly and upfront. Omar explained there was a chance he might not be able to repair it (my phone condition was horrific) but he said he'll try his best. I was told it would take about an hour. 40 minutes later, the phone was fixed/revived! I'll take the $120 fix over paying $1,200 for a new phone. I even bought a new screen protector and an upgraded case since I was already here. If you have a cracked screen and your phone is still working, give these guys a shot! HORRIBLE HUMAN BEING, I saw that on the website they offer carrier unlocking for devices so I called and asked about unlocking 2 of my devices , He said he was unable to do it due to some of the restrictions from the carrier so I sent him a text after hanging up saying that I was in a bind and I had an emergency and I need to sell my devices that's why I was looking to unlock them to sell them, One is a 2024 iPad Air 13 inch in the box and the other is a brand new Samsung Galaxy fold 4 in the box. Immediately hearing what devices they are and that I needed the money, even though he Claims he couldn't unlock the devices , Knowing each device is worth over 1,000$ each. (Samsung S20) I got qoutes to repair my phone for $250-350 , came here and it was $300 plus like $28 in taxes so $328. Mr. Fadawi is very professional and kind. His son Omar is fantastic too and he fixed my phone last June. A little history: I had an iPhone X since April 2018 and it died 2 years later. Had I known about this place, I would have tried to get THAT phone fixed rather than being forced to to upgrade to the iPhone 11. I had the iPhone 11 for 2 years and it sustained major trauma last year and I brought it into this place to get it fixed. I've had the iPhone 11 now for 3 years and it's still a great phone. But after dropping it one too many times, now the battery had a major issue and wouldn't hold a charge for more than 40 minutes. The elder Fadawi was able to replace the battery. A 20 minute fix. I'm confident I can easily get another year out of this phone instead of upgrading to the iPhone 14. The 15 is coming out this September. My 11 is still going strong, I'll decide then whether I want to upgrade or not! Anyway, if your phone has issues, look no further than this place! read more
