Leaving him at this facility is one of my biggest regrets. When I picked him up five hours later, his eyes were bloodshot red, and he couldn't even open one of them due to the pain he was in. Another customer in the lobby even commented on how red his eyes were. The old miserable lady at the front desk, who seemed completely incompetent and dismissive, gave the excuse that his red eyes were because he's a poodle and had "a lot of hair that went into his eyes." How does that even make sense? That is not a valid reason for such clear suffering. My only priority at that point was getting help for my dog, so I rushed him to the vet -- and that's when I was told his cornea was scratched. On top of that, he had cuts on his legs and stomach that were never there before. If you bring your pet here, you are literally paying for your dog to come out injured, neglected, abused, and in pain. I have not stopped crying from the guilt and regret of bringing him to this place. The facility itself is rundown and outdated, and the lack of care and customer service says everything you need to know about how they treat the animals. After reading other reviews, I see I'm not alone. Please save your dog from this nightmare. Learn from my mistakes and avoid at all costs. This place should not be allowed to operate. Otra clienta en la sala de espera incluso comentó lo rojos que estaban sus ojos. La señora mayor y amargada en la recepción, que parecía completamente incompetente y despectiva, dio la excusa de que sus ojos estaban rojos porque "es un caniche y tenía mucho pelo que se le metió en los ojos". ¿Cómo puede eso tener sentido? Esa no es una justificación válida para el sufrimiento evidente que estaba pasando mi perro. En ese momento, mi única prioridad fue buscar ayuda para él, así que lo llevé de inmediato al veterinario -- y ahí me informaron que tenía una córnea rayada.
