Accuracy Automotive did an incredible job for me-providing updates along the way and giving me reasonable options. I didn't feel like they were trying to upsell me on anything unnecessary or treat me like a dumb customer. They were respectful and prompt. I even had the opportunity to listen in on how they interacted with each other and other customers, since I was waiting in the lobby area for the work to be done. Everyone was professional and courteous and I appreciated how they conducted business. This is a place I'll happily return to when I have automotive work due.

I looked around on the internet and decided on Mike's because of the reviews and location. I called to see when I could bring my vehicle over. The office was super nice and let me know I could bring it in the next week. They sounded super busy so I was wondering if they were busy because they were in-demand or if they perhaps got behind in their labor. I had my vehicle towed in on Monday, they made sure they understood what I was experiencing and got to work diagnosing my vehicle. The shop called back the same day with a great price on the labor and repair. They asked how soon I'd need my vehicle which really spoke well to me about how they managed their business and priorities. I did need my vehicle soon and they said they'd let the technician know. I got a call early the next day and my vehicle was ready! I went and picked my vehicle up and was extremely happy with the work and service. The office staff was helpful and thorough every time I spoke with them and I feel really good about the work they did. I will be bringing my vehicles to Mike's from now on for all of my service needs. I'm not someone who normally writes reviews but I really wanted to express my happiness with my transaction because good, decently priced auto repair is hard to find.

They've always been awesome to work with with, very communicative and upfront about turnaround. Jimmy is great at what he does. Once I had a strange transmission lurch after a recent service and he told me to bring it by because they had gotten a bad batch of filters. Sure enough, they fixed it and turned around quickly, didn't charge me anything, and it's been trouble-free ever since. It's not every day you find people who take pride in their work like Jimmy and the rest of Intermountain Trans do.

I've had my grandfather on my mother's side use them I've had cousins on my grandmother's side use them . it's always been nothing but amazing compliments. My son saved up and bought his first car the dealership he bought it from scammed him and sold him a lemon .(when we pulled the motor there was so much crack sealant and stop leak bound up in the block the mechanic said he has never seen so much) My son was now in debt with the bank for 15 grand the car that he drove for one week with a blown cracked the mechanic mentioned that the cracks on it had to have recently been put in within a month of that time... We had to buy a new motor for it and rebuild it . ( 5K MORE ) three weeks later the transmission went out.... It's on a Nissan Maxima it's one of those CVT transmissions. I called IMT , I was able to speak with Bob directly. that man worked magic the first conversation I had with them he had a brand new transmission there I would have been able to get it in and out but my son had to wait 2 weeks to be able to come up with the funds for the transmission . I called back down there and that transmission had already been sold Bob worked magic and had another one there in 3 days he had my son's vehicle in and out within half a week from that time . With IMT being honest , up front, no beating around the bush the warranty and their service is beyond phenomenal . he made sure that we came in for the checkup They didn't overprice or try to raise the price seeing a young man. my son being 20 years of age now he will continue to use intermountain transmission . I have four boys total and I guarantee you every one of them will use intermountain transmission they have not only locked in a customer for life My children will continue to use them !!! With 3 kids, no idea how we would get home and in general what we were going to do, I am beyond grateful that we had AAA tow the car, off the 215 freeway, to J & G transmissions. James, the owner, was knowledgeable and extremely quick in assessing the situation (of the car and of our family). He lent us a car to drive to get lunch while his team assessed, fixed and double checked the car. His daughter Amber is a saint, providing coloring books, drawing supplies, a tidy coffee bar and best of all, otter pops just when we needed them. She kept the experience positive and kept our hopes up. I cannot believe how quickly they fixed our mini-van and how wonderful they were. Priceless.
