They required us to send them a personal check (or cashier's check) for a deposit of $100 and then another deposit again. It has been a year now that I've been calling every month to get a refund and they keep saying they'll expedite the process and it will arrive within 7 business days but as I mentioned it's been a year already, a refund check hasn't arrived. I called again today and mentioned that I've been waiting for a refund and the guy said hold on and recycled me back on hold for another representative. Definitely not reliable, don't waste your money. We lost $200 and looks like we are not getting it back. Karma is real and it will come and get you back when you least expect it specially when you are a bad business scamming people.
