Someone who's curious about it, that's who! & honestly, it's not a Stromboli, it's more like a stuffed focatia. It looks like they filled a sheet pan (16"X16"X1") with focatia dough, cooked it up & then cut the top off & filled it with what you ordered then put the top back on. Then they stick it back in the oven till the cheese melts. Now mind you I'm using the term "fill" very generously! When you cut into a Stromboli it's contents ooze & spill out.
